I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.
