Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.

All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
