I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
