-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport He doesn't want to talk to any Indian Call centre worker. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.
-
Andrew 🏳️🌈 (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport That’s not working, says please try later. These issues having been going on all week, how much longer are they going on for? My internet access is barely useable.
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUK the complaint was made...and surprise surprise no reply. Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork
-
Vicky Teinaki (@vickytnz) reported from North Shields, England@edwardhorsford @ThreeUK Just checked my work phone (which is on a different network, can’t remember which) and it got it
-
Jonathan Peat (@Funstie) reported from Ponteland, England@ThreeUKSupport Well thanks for relying almost 24hrs later. As I mentioned the problem is not just in London. Same issues in Newcastle.

'Camerado' Cal Desmond-Pearson (The Social Hermit) (@SocialHermitCal) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, EnglandHello @ThreeUK, as a long time customer, I sincerely hope that you guys are not planning to advertise on GB News at any point. #DontFundGBNews
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@Ofcom I'm having a massive problem trying to help my elderly Godfather in his mid 70s cancel his contract with @ThreeUK it's making him ill, Im frightened he has a heart attack or collapses through stress. He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.
-
Vicky Teinaki (@vickytnz) reported from North Shields, England@edwardhorsford @ThreeUK Yep same for me (smarty which uses three network)
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport That's what I've had to do...i don't want no nonsense once I take over or I will hang up and take the @Ofcom route. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.
-
Andy Kane (@andrewkane80) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Jesus wept, I can't even cancel the contract as you are currently trying to figure out, again, why the first order didn't work. Hopeless
-
Richard Tubb (@tubblog) reported from Longbenton, England@M4tty_J @ThreeUK Hugely disappointing, isn't it? The whole reason I chose Three as a network is because I can use it anywhere. Now, we're headed to the bad old days of being disconnected abroad or paying through the nose. 😓
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport Your Indian call centres makes it very hard to sort anything out when you get passed to technical for technical to say they are putting you through to technical because this technical can't give the go ahead to cancel the contract. You're a sinister comedy act #cybermuggers.
-
JAN STEWART (@fabiliciousx) reported from Whitley Bay, England@ThreeUK After being on phone for over an hour, the support kindly waived some charges, a phone call later saying they cannot do this ..what they agreeded because of a waive back in 2017 for £8....what a joke!!!
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport This is how much your uncaring and unhelpful company is affecting him...he is so worried its stressed him out so much his brother wants him to visit his doctor. Its absolutely disgusting that a pensioner who served for our country can be treated so bad. #Shameless #threenetwork
-
GLORY. (@gloriasibz) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK honestly I’m tired of your customer advisors transferring me to complaints when I have not suggested that I want to speak to complaints team. The queue wait is absolutely ridiculous to begin with. They should be able to try and resolve the solution first
-
Andrew 🏳️🌈 (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUKSupport Hello, any idea how long the works are going on for in NE25 0JF as I’ve had rubbish signal for days? I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Sancestow FC (@Sancestow) reported@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking customer service received. Will definitely be leaving come the end of my contract
-
roy pavett (@PavettRoy) reported@ThreeUK bloody awful customer service from Three. I have an account in my name but phone is used by my daughter. I have given consent for them to ALWAYS speak to my daughter regarding account SIX times (4 this morning)....and STILL they keep asking for my permission....
-
Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.
-
Aston (@4ston420) reported@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Bro three playing games with our signal too much now days... They should be paying us to stay with them.
-
Martin (@martinrue) reported@robj3d3 @IMAC2 @ThreeUK Ah dude that sucks. FWIW, I use giffgaff and they're happy so long as you top up every few months.
-
𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reportedHi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
-
loulitagill (@loulitagill) reportedDo not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?
-
Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
