@ThreeUK After being on phone for over an hour, the support kindly waived some charges, a phone call later saying they cannot do this ..what they agreeded because of a waive back in 2017 for £8....what a joke!!!

I also have 2 5g broadband contracts with 3 to ensure i always have Internet no matter what room I'm in. Very disappointed

@davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesn’t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.
