He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2

Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.
