-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Chopwell, England@ThreeUKSupport I couldnt do it... My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.
-
Andrew 🏳️🌈🇪🇺Ⓥ (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, EnglandHello @ThreeUK There seems to be network issues in the NE25 0JF area, very poor signal strength on both 3G and 4G.
-
Tom (@Icypixel) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been traveling to Newcastle for work over the last 12 or so months and the signal in the centre of Newcastle has been constantly poor, slow/non existent mobile internet. Any plans to upgrade the signal in Newcastle? (& Leeds city whilst we're here)
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport If we do.. I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre Yep... I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@MartinSLewis I'm concerned for the welfare of my elderly Godfather. He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2

Vicky Teinaki (@vickytnz) reported from North Shields, England@edwardhorsford @ThreeUK Just checked my work phone (which is on a different network, can’t remember which) and it got it
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport Your Indian call centres makes it very hard to sort anything out when you get passed to technical for technical to say they are putting you through to technical because this technical can't give the go ahead to cancel the contract. You're a sinister comedy act #cybermuggers.

-
Andrew Miller (@ReubenPeccable) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUK Hey Three! I accidentally subscribed to your mobile wifi instead of a real broadband provider. Is there any chance I'll get a decent signal or am I just going to have to deal with having no internet for hours at a time?
-
Lee Smith 🏳️🌈 (@leesmith_94) reported from Longbenton, England@ThreeUKSupport This isn’t good enough, I don’t pay to have no service so bad! I need to raise a complaint about this
-
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England@ThreeUKSupport No...and it looks an impossible task to get his refund he is rightly owed. The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.
-
Andrew 🏳️🌈 (@Stoddy75) reported from Seaton Delaval, England@ThreeUKSupport is the app and my3 service down? I am unable to access either.

-
Ibad Jan (@IbadJan115) reported@ThreeUK your network has become absolutely terrible. The signal keeps dropping, data is painfully slow, and I’m honestly fed up with it. I’m paying for a service that I can barely use. Please fix this issue or explain what’s going on. 😡📶 #ThreeUK
-
Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
