I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼

Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service.
