@ThreeUK After being on phone for over an hour, the support kindly waived some charges, a phone call later saying they cannot do this ..what they agreeded because of a waive back in 2017 for £8....what a joke!!!

@ThreeUK about 5 months ago 5G was enabled in my area for about 12hrs. I was getting mental fast 5G speeds on mobile data only... So fast forward 6 months and we still don't have 5G signal, what gives? Why is it taking so long to literally just "enable"???

@ThreeUKSupport @jan2086 Not sure you know what loyalty is, but then again there are many things you do get, like bad customer service, how to oversubscribe an area, and how to outsource your helpdesk to people that don't speak English very well because it's cheaper.

@ThreeUK Had an issue with International roaming still being charged for 5 months despite my attempts to cancel it online (not great) - opened up a live chat on your website and all was resolved with most of the money being refunded, so I will continue to use Three as my provider
