    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Terrible service when trying to upgrade phone. Placed order on 16th January for delivery 26th January. Still no phone, waited for issue to be resolved before trying again, but still can't be done.....

    @ThreeUK your app is busted and has been for weeks now! Forgotten password and it says it has sent an email or text and I never get one. Have tried 6 or 7 times now. Your live chat doesn't work on the app either. Not impressed!! May leave for a company that can make a working ap

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, any idea how long the works are going on for in NE25 0JF as I’ve had rubbish signal for days? I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I understand the circumstances that are going on right now, it’s already difficult not being able to speak to an advisor over the phone. You can’t be dismissing a customer when they’ve contacted for help.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK honestly I’m tired of your customer advisors transferring me to complaints when I have not suggested that I want to speak to complaints team. The queue wait is absolutely ridiculous to begin with. They should be able to try and resolve the solution first

    @ThreeUK please hear me. I called your customer service coz I have been receiving 2-3 mbps. This is far what u promise 25-35. I never had this speed. They told me to use the chat options rather than call. Still no answer. I queue on your store for almost 2 hours to solve this but

    Why is the @ThreeUK signal in Stockport so bloody awful! It’s spotty as hell in the centre, almost non existent in Heaton Norris and it’s about as reliable as an election promise in the rest of the town.

    @ThreeUKSupport The main problem is no-one is contacting me at all to keep me informed & for a communications company I find that pretty ridiculous. The story changes day to day. I was recommended to you by a company partner and I will feed this back to them so we don’t recommend you again.

    @ThreeUKSupport mobile ph...i dont have a landline with wifi...long story my old landline cables dont support voice and data together...i wd have to pay for 2 phone lines Awful chat messaging yesterday...they suggested i used firefox browser...i have a screen print ..
