Anytime I’m in Newcastle City Centre on a match day I cannot get any signal even though it says I have 5G. @ThreeUK are one of the worst networks.

  • Icypixel
Tom (@Icypixel) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've been traveling to Newcastle for work over the last 12 or so months and the signal in the centre of Newcastle has been constantly poor, slow/non existent mobile internet. Any plans to upgrade the signal in Newcastle? (& Leeds city whilst we're here)

  • japredchiu
japred chiu (@japredchiu) reported from South Shields, England

@ThreeUK please hear me. I called your customer service coz I have been receiving 2-3 mbps. This is far what u promise 25-35. I never had this speed. They told me to use the chat options rather than call. Still no answer. I queue on your store for almost 2 hours to solve this but

  • MXOFO
Lee (@MXOFO) reported from Newburn, England

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport That's what I've had to do...i don't want no nonsense once I take over or I will hang up and take the @Ofcom route. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

  • gloriasibz
GLORY. (@gloriasibz) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport I’m actually so annoyed and the service I’ve received in the past month or has been absolutely atrocious. If anyone is thinking of joining 3 network please don’t they’re a joke who rip off their customers and the service is a joke!

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I've just phoned India again to try to cancel my Godfathers contract...i ended the call as they are once again passing me from pillow to post...its once again stressing my elderly Godfather out...its making him ill...i can find that UK link you give me.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport No...and it looks an impossible task to get his refund he is rightly owed. The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

stoddy_running 🏳️‍🌈🌱 (@Stoddy_running) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. Any idea when you will finish the works on the masts affecting NE25 0JF as my broadband is unusable due to the reduced service?

  • LeeNoble
Lee Noble 🇪🇺 (@LeeNoble) reported from Ashington, England

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

  • purplelime
Sam (@purplelime) reported from South Shields, England

@rutty_uk @ThreeUK Cheers, some decent plans/prices there. Was always a bit concerned about them not having a help number but I think most networks do it all on social media anyway.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport He doesn't want to talk to any Indian Call centre worker. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

  • tvgenius05

  • Jonhilton77
    Jon Hilton (@Jonhilton77) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3.5 hours, 8 people later, 3 disconnected chats all to add another SIM and smartwatch plan to my current contact. Terrible experience and all just to give you some more business. End of this contract and I’ll be gone after 16yrs.

  • woodland246
    woodland246 (@woodland246) reported

@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
