You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. All he wants is to cancel...understand the circumstances I think you should be letting him cancel and get a full refund before it escalates... How bad will yous look if John falls really ill and ends up in hospital.

I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2

Under the circumstances I'm sure someone high up with Three can have his contract ended in a shop.

I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

Has been like this for a couple of months. 3G seems to work ok, and 4G works fine everywhere else in the country. Have tried phone reboot and reset network settings, but no joy?
