    @ThreeUKSupport That's good then I was about to pop into a three store as I thought it was a problem with my sim card. Any ETA ok when this will be fixed and I'm guessing we are getting refunds/extra time to our subscriptions

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello SI that’s not what I’m asking. I’m asking if you are going to sell any variants of a phone you are already selling. I know it’s easy to hit the auto reply option but it’s not great customer service.

    @Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's what I've had to do...i don't want no nonsense once I take over or I will hang up and take the @Ofcom route. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport I got it connected to my Xbox but it couldn't update... It connected to my phone but its right slow. My Godfather is away atm. Can he cancel...i fear this will be a total waste of money for him with being a pensioner.

    @ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

    @ThreeUKSupport can’t update DD details online. Go onto app and says I can’t do it. Chat support is useless and takes 2 hours. Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I've just phoned India again to try to cancel my Godfathers contract...i ended the call as they are once again passing me from pillow to post...its once again stressing my elderly Godfather out...its making him ill...i can find that UK link you give me.

    @ThreeUKSupport If we do.. I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

    Someone just passed me on the platform deep down underground on the Newcastle @My_Metro talking on their phone - I struggle to get a worthy @ThreeUK signal up on street level here let alone underground! #ImOnTheWrongNetwork 📲

    @ThreeUKSupport Well thanks for relying almost 24hrs later. As I mentioned the problem is not just in London. Same issues in Newcastle.

    @ThreeUKSupport The fact I’ve spent the last 12 months stuck in a contract with barely any signal any where I go and still being expected to pay the contract out until June 2021, or the fact when I try and get support the people answering the phone can’t even understand me and ignore me

    @ThreeUK what a con. Why is it today that I have bought a phone from you, and told I HAD to pay £10 for a PAYG SIM pack, and couldn't refuse it as part of the phone sale? What a waste. Nice to be a valued return customer!

    @GraceCRoberts @ThreeUK 1/ So I had same issue so bought one online as the wait on phone was insane. But after buying online they said I can't keep my number but also can't cancel the purchase (like 20 minutes later). So they @ThreeUK advised me to buy another one on the phone and just send 1st one back

    @ThreeUKSupport Why can't I disable the automated text telling me I've got a bill? Texts are terrible for this, I can't filter them and I'm not particularly interested in checking my bill as a matter of urgency

    @ThreeUKSupport ok so it seems the issue was that you had deleted my account entirely, I was able to register anew, having logged in though, I have no spending cap on my account and am nowhere near my data limit so not sure why you sent a message saying I was nearly at my limit?

    @ThreeUKSupport Call to customer service on Wednesday with many promises. Didn’t happen. Thursday call to CS gets cut off part way through. Today, more promises unfulfilled and no rectification after >2 hrs on to your agents.
