    @Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

    waiting in for my phone today,was advised would get SMS confirming time, nothing so far. So I call @ThreeUK ,they say date is now 28th even though email/SMS both state today,&to call DPD if i have any issues.Well it's not DPD's fault when they don't have the phone yet, day wasted

    @ThreeUKSupport No they said confirmed receipt of the device but that the pac code would just be sent to me “when available” to be honest they were quite dismissive on the phone. I appreciate I’m no longer a current customer but I’m not impressed.

    @ThreeUKSupport pretty much no signal in the keswick (CA12) area for four days, apparently it’s been some time. Not really good enough to blame another company. Not the first time in this area either.
