    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, any idea how long the works are going on for in NE25 0JF as I’ve had rubbish signal for days? I only have 3 mobile and broadband at home, so I’ve been severely affected by this. Websites don’t load properly and streaming is like being back on dialup.

    @ThreeUK please hear me. I called your customer service coz I have been receiving 2-3 mbps. This is far what u promise 25-35. I never had this speed. They told me to use the chat options rather than call. Still no answer. I queue on your store for almost 2 hours to solve this but

    @Heidi_LFC9 @ThreeUK @EE I'm paying £57 month on 3 for my Samsung S10+ and it's a 2 year plan. I'll have enough to pay off the remaining 15 months in one go soon and I'll swap to EE. I've never had 3 add to my bills when on Unlimited.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s hard to say, depends on location of my phone really. Always a 4G signal though with good strength. This is what is puzzling me about you not offering me home broadband. I seem to fit the bill, but your data must tell you otherwise.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, the issue I am having is at my holiday home. I am no longer there. I think the point is...why have the message that you are doing works if you are not..although signal still comes and goes. Hope it will be better by end of week when I am back!

    @ThreeUK Im absolutely disgusting with the customer service Im getting I have been a customer for years with 3. I ordered a new phone, called up and cancelled the new phone an hour later and its still being sent out. Your agents keep hanging up on me and putting me on hold!!
