    waiting in for my phone today,was advised would get SMS confirming time, nothing so far. So I call @ThreeUK ,they say date is now 28th even though email/SMS both state today,&to call DPD if i have any issues.Well it's not DPD's fault when they don't have the phone yet, day wasted

    @ThreeUKSupport No they said confirmed receipt of the device but that the pac code would just be sent to me “when available” to be honest they were quite dismissive on the phone. I appreciate I’m no longer a current customer but I’m not impressed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, done that. I got a new sim when I renewed the contract aaaaaand I got another new sim about 4 or 5 months in when I started calling Three to complain about the issue.

    Last Friday I spoke with 2nd line tech support @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport cancelling my contract. My contract can’t be cancelled until I return equipment, in the packaging I was promised would be delivered on Monday. Surprise, surprise, still nothing has arrived. #PatheticSupport
