Tony ⚒🎭 (@TonyHymas) reported from Redcar, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to you time and time again. I got left on hold for hours on end, lied to and given every excuse under the sun, until I invoked the consumer act. Then you had to cancel my contract.
-
Paddy (@stobbsmeister) reported from Seaham, England@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reportedAnyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport is there an issue in swanage? For the last year or so? I used to have excellent signal here at home and now I’m lucky if I get 1 bar. Horrendous

-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. -
Mark Finch (@markpfinch) reported@ThreeUKSupport shocking charge me £12 for 7 day European pass. Block it after 1 day for fair usage policy. Rude on support and tell me I have to wait to buy another pass as this one is active for 7 days. Leave me unable to use my phone for navigation in Europe! Scam!
