    @ThreeUKSupport I'm still in contact with Samsung support team. I'll come back to you with results. Must say I'm not impressed with the issue/support from 3. Loyal customer for years & best I get is "contact Samsung".

    @ThreeUKSupport Tbh it isn't really sorted, i fail to see why you continued to debit us for a contract for 5 months after it was cancelled, especially since it took so many calls to cancel the contract. Not impressed 😒
