@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

@ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

@ThreeUKSupport Bought it yesterday. Phone was already on Android 9. #AndroidPie (Sony *never* issued Android 10 or beyond.) Latest security patch: September 2019! No more updates/patches are available. (My Three SIM works in *another* phone and #WiFiCalling is present.)

@ThreeUKSupport your network is absolute pants! 45 minutes I’ve just been on hold to @RoyalMail to then lose signal and the call drops. This is happening all too often. Roll on July when my valued customer of 16 years ends! Shambles! In this day and age this should not happen
