    @ThreeUK My intermet signal with you is terrible! I have 2 phones and sometimes I get notifications other times I don't. When i'm at work I receive notifications then when I get home and connect to wifi another load of notifications come through!

    Can’t believe I’m paying £55 a month for a phone that doesn’t work because @ThreeUK mast is broken... won’t be fixed for 8-12 months yet have not been offered any other option. Absolute shocking customer service

    @Ghoul_of_London @ThreeUKSupport I won’t be wasting time on the phone because it’s working well now. Download speeds are good, upload speeds are rubbish. If @ThreeUKSupport are not truthful with each other then they are unlikely to have the facts for the customer. everyone just puts up with an imperfect product.

    @ThreeUK @lucyjd1991 What's to be merry about when there has been a fault in my area since August that's causing restricted 4g speeds down to .5mbps download, I've reported it 4 times and all they could say is either its down to heavy loads or yes there is a problems that's being looked into!
