@ThreeUKSupport Ive been to the shop nearby (40mile round trip like i was asked to, got there and your systems were down!!!! Just going round in circles here, very poor service

@ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

So frustrated with @ThreeUK now. Parents’ mobile broadband won’t work and @ThreeUKSupport won’t talk to me despite power of attorney. So essentially elderly parents being charged for service they’re not receiving and no way of fixing it #customerservicefail

@ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

@ThreeUKSupport It is now over a week since the incident and apart from receiving a bill for early termination yet you knew he didn't ask for the PAC code we have had no correspondence from 3 we are going to the press on this and you better have answers for them as we are contacting your CEO

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

@ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, in this case the old Virgin Media Wifi SSID is active on the Elizabeth line platforms, but the “Three_Wifi” SSID is absent, even though the equivalent EE SSID appears. What say you @virginmedia ? Is there a problem with three Wi-Fi access on the Elizabeth line?

@ThreeUKSupport It always says it's "updating" and then I get a "refresh in 15 minutes", but I've been with 3 for months and had the app for months and not once have I been able to see my bills on the app. My mum has the same issue

@ThreeUK why doesn’t your Wifi network Three_Wifi work on the Elizabeth line stations at Liverpool Street and Whitechapel? It works at tube stations including Moorgate on the northern line, so it feels like this is a local issue on those platforms.

@ThreeUKSupport Once again I called three business help and once again was told that there was nothing they could do because the three store had made the error. I asked for an apology and supposed customer service person refused saying what should I be apologising for!! Letter to CEO I think!
