hey @ThreeUK I'd love to talk to someone about my messaging service with my Three sim. Your website gives me the number to call but I've been through several times and there's no option. When I did get to speak to someone, they said they could help, but 2 weeks later no change!

@Three_Is_Broken I think we should start a petition to get @ThreeUK closed down, they don't provide answers to their PAYING customers Now @VodafoneUK and @EE offer unlimited data I am switching networks
@ThreeUK I am really disappointed at the service I have NOT received. Been a customer for 14 years with 2 contracts. just been on the phone for 25 minutes upgrading one contract and when we was nearly finished the operator failed to tell me there was a £76 upgrade fee - no thanks
