    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport so my phone was working about an hour ago, it froze and I had to restart it. After restarting there is no signal, when attempting to make a call it says to switch off aeroplane mode or connect to a network. I'm not on aeroplane mode, so what's going on Three?

    @ThreeUKSupport I had this problem resolved a few days again by Joe in your support team manually increasing my spend limit to £100. It worked OK for a few days. Now I get an error about a technical glitch when I try to ‘Continue’ my Data Passport.
