Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

Today I'm told call tomorrow but it might be delivered on 20th.Other companies can deliver on 16 tho. But not Three.
