@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK hi, I joined Three this week, and I’ve just realised I gave you a STAC instead of a PAC. Is there anything I can do to get my old number back? I actually have a PAC from my old network but obviously got confused in the process!

Jim the Consumer 👀 (@JimTheConsumer) reported
Just over 6 months after joining @ThreeUK and I'm continually shocked at the poor signal/data performance in all areas, and in a couple of instances, outside 3 shops! My work EE phone and old Voda connection are body, head and shoulders above.

Michael O'Hare (@Zero1888) reported
@Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Labour Party stated in 2007 that every child in the country would have a laptop for learning. Never happened. Blair spent the money on bombs.

@ThreeUKSupport given I've been with you for 6 years I had expected better service - usually it's very quick and easy to manage billing / changes to contract. I was told by cust service they were 'throwing in things' as I'm a valued cust which were free on the website

Emma Shale (@EmmaShale) reported
@ThreeUKSupport please please please tell me how I can simply speak to a real support person. I am going around in circles and none of the options are the option I need. Thankyou!

Al (@s0x) reported
I generally have no problem with @ThreeUK's customer service, but it is frustrating when they rigidly stick to scripted responses and try and control the conversation.
-
Oliver Archer (@trombiker) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, I've managed to login after re-registering despite having used my Three account for years
-
Stuart Parr (@wonkotsane) reported
@ThreeUKSupport 3G coverage isn't a problem, not being able to use it is the problem. Full signal but so little throughput websites won't load and Google searches don't come back. I know enough to know when there's a network problem.
