    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

    @ThreeUKSupport why have none of your customer service staff online and on the phone never heard of Airtime Rewards ? It’s on your app. The person kept telling me I could use point off 3 purchases. It’s supposed to take money off your bill. @AirtimeRewards

    @DrEmilyHarris @MartinSLewis There already are - my ID Mobile has been £8 for years. Trouble is people are stupid and need protecting from themselves. Why pay @ThreeUK £12 a month for 4GB of data when you can get 100GB for £10 via ID - same carrier just less snob value.

    @ThreeUK got someone with fake id going into 3 stores getting phone contracts on my account and after reporting to your fraud department you still letting them do this. Pathetic customer service. So far they have 3 phones and a watch. You need more security.

    @ThreeUK lmfao getting pastdue to collect a £71 debt because @NatWest_Help CANCELLED the direct debit, not me because money wasnt in my account 1 time. Maybe try ******* calling, could've easily have been avoided. Holy ****.

    @ThreeUK have to have the most pathetic customer service known to man. Been trying to return broadband box since November yet you want to delay and delay and delay and not do your jobs properly and lo and behold charge me for not returning the box due to your own incompetence!

    @ThreeUK @OpenAI any time I try to use ChatGPT on my 5G connection in the UK it fails. I can’t have a conversation that would usually feel fluent on wifi, yet im led to believe 4-5 bars of 5G signal is more than adequate for this use case. Fix it please!

    @ThreeUK Why is the internet failing to do anything in southern England? It’s rated online for 150-400Mbps but I barely get 10Mbps in my local area when we have one rain cloud. please fix this.
