    @ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

    @ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport WTF, that is a total misrepresentation. I am in the same council. And that still doesn't change what I was told that the service agreement could be altered if 5G wasn't available in my new area. That is what your online sales rep told me. Check your records.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is unacceptable. I just showed you a screenshot from an email from Three "contracts offer flexibility to match your lifestyle". Please tell me who at head office I can contact. I have been treated like an enemy rather than a customer by 3 different support staff.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's not what the Three salesperson said when I signed up. It is incredibly unfair to charge a customer for a service they can't receive when they didn't even move out of the council. This is the second time I've had Three salespeople offer something to get me to sign up...

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently sum1 has been in touch with him & admitted it's 3's fault not his. So 2 yrs of it affecting his credit rating & all he gets is an "ooops my bad".

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been lied by a sales rep of Three to get me to sign up, then mislead by the email copy when I signed up offering flexibility of contract, lied to that support managers don't exist and then they do, but don't call as promised. This is not how customers should be treated.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was requested by three according to DPD. It wasn't even attempted. Now stick at my local depot but no one at three wants to help! I just get hit with you don't have an account... I know.. I'm a new customer...

    @bulgarianhols @ThreeUK I don't. I cancelled my contract but they refuse to give me any evidence that I cancelled my contract or an email address to write to to cancel my contract. They said they will send a bag for me to return my upgrade (arrived not working) but I don't believe that either.
