Dais (@_daisysawyer) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUKSupport I've been advised to speak to tech support, they reset the account twice but nothing changed. Been advised change to 3g only - no change. Tried speaking to your social web team but it's always too busy and i know you'll just advise me to speak to tech support, which ive done.

Daveangel (@daveangel1972) reported from Brockworth, England@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

Ian Elske (@ianelske) reported from Gloucestershire, England@ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.
-
Weeksy (@weeksy11) reported from Frampton Cotterell, England@ThreeUK your customer service on the phone is painful... 40 mins to cancel a sim card. Staff wouldn't listen to me, rude and wouldn't let me explain a very simple request. Your staff in a shop are spot on however. Shame your phone service lets you down.

Toni (@TLSSMART) reported from Cinderford, EnglandIf you come out the window. I spoke 2 weeks ago and they haven’t sorted it. It’s very distressing and I am going round in circles. Poor show @ThreeUK I need to speak to someone. This chat for this is. No good.

-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞
-
Wyn Morgan (@wynmorgan) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport seems we’re going to be without a signal for a second week as you’re still working on your mast. Surely you’ve had time to install a new mast in that time?
-
Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
-
Broony (@broony1987) reported@ThreeUKSupport your mobile signal is terrible
-
Kitty Coco (@BambieBambini) reported@ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.
-
BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
Mattea∞ (@ebuuuun) reported@ThreeUK helloooo, why haven’t I had service since 7pm???
-
mia (@MiaxKempster) reported@ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

rick_x (@rick_x) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport My postcode has had this error message for weeks: We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. I can neither call nor use data, what is going on?
