    @ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Maxine, no it is certainly NOT GOOD. It's dishonest and despicable. I can certainly make a complaint but that lets Three off the hook when you "accidentally fail to investigate" Ask me how I know. What is Three going to do about it besides expressing platitudes?

    @ThreeUKSupport What is it with the seemingly endless maintenance that you have to carry out on your masts in my area? Is it they that are useless, or just the overrated 4G that makes everything on this phone so slow?

    @ThreeUKSupport please please can someone help? My new iPhone just keeps letting me down. It has been faulty from day 1, you sent me a new SIM card but it really hasn’t helped.I’m not asking for a new phone but would appreciate a check/repair please?

    @ThreeUKSupport @rank_bad_yin That’s disappointing to hear. I’m considering moving from EE to Three, but for me, lack of eSIM support is a deal breaker. My iPhone’s physical SIM slot is taken by my work SIM, so my personal plan has got to be on eSIM.
