    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. My home broadband device is not being allocated an ipv6 address, and the last time I contacted customer services they told me it was not supported.

    I hope you never have to try and blacklist a stolen handset with @ThreeUK . We're at 5 days and counting waiting for proof of blacklisting. Escalated to complaints team and told "within 24 hours" four days running now.
