@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@Mikeo56977865 Moved to them after @ThreeUK brought member of family to tears. I liked the ability to go to the local supermarket and talk to the helpful and knowledgeable staff there. £10 pm for SIM-only is fair. Good network cover. Disappointing that they will be charging for roaming, though.

@gcluley @TutanotaTeam I would give ThreeUK an ultimatum to solve the problem, I would report their false claims and unacceptable solution, as age verification doesn't apply, and for the corresponding economic loss of paying tutanota users, and potential harm to tutanota's business, etc.

@ThreeUKSupport This isn’t a new issue this has been going on for easily a year. Not just me either everyone I know on 3 in Sheffield. They are slowly transferring over to o2 and it’s like having a new phone. I’m just waiting for my contact to end so I can leave.

@gcluley @TutanotaTeam argued it poorly by not verifying ThreeUK's claim regarding current legislation, and by not pointing out that ThreeUK can't deny its users access to a service they are paying for, and which isn't subject to age verification. It would harm both users and tutanota.

@ThreeUKSupport I have your 4G home broadband and the signal in the last 4 hours has been awful, I check the website and it says nothing is wrong. I’ve tried resetting my router from the web link and turning the switch off and on again with no luck. Is there any known issues?
