@ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Have tried that. Even tried removing the SIM card etc. Just constantly ‘searching’ for a network.

@disruptivedean think its about 80GBP, just thinking that local sims might sometimes not work in hotspots if they’re ‘handset’ plans, ThreeUK will block some sims that are in MiFi/Dongle but fine to tether. But I’ve never seen an operator block a ‘data sim’ put into a handset

With the most data hungry mobile customers in the UK, #5G can’t come soon enough for @ThreeUK from a capacity & performance perspective. This 5G broadband solution is a first step, but getting 5G handsets into its users’ hands has to be the big focus going forward.
Given @ThreeUK a pure play operator focused on mobile connectivity its unsurprising it's offering a disruptive #5G home broadband solution, particularly given it is able to leverage the former Relish assets that it had acquired.

@ThreeUKSupport Happily, but I don’t think there’s much point; it’s just a patchy network...
@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff I have the same issue with Three losing connection around Finsbury Ave!
@SW_Help @King_of_SW @ThreeUKSupport @networkrail The @EE signal is strong but throughput is often either very slow or non-existent. It picks once you leave the station. I've raised it with EE in the past but its never improved. My guess would be that the mast can't handle the throughput and they don't really give a ****.
@suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff 🤞I have an Android so fingers crossed it'll be ok! For what it's worth, I've been having some horrendous not-signal-related issues with EE, which led to this switch. I find EE's data to be unreliable around the area of our office.
@SW_Help @King_of_SW @ThreeUKSupport @networkrail The provision of 4g is with the network provider. Nothing to do with SWR or network rail (as much as I hate both). O2 4g at w’loo is shite. Complain away but you’re wasting your time.

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.
@watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE This is an interesting conversation while I'm going through the @giffgaff plans because @EE is often quite awful and I need something better!
