@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport The account is still active and unfortunately I didn't get to make a complaint or get to discuss with anyone as kush said i wasn't able to speak to anyone and would have to wait 2 or 3 days but I've already waited since Sunday and have been a customer for 7 years so dissapointed

@kimtheyogi @ThreeUK Hi, yes I did. Here's the solution: I called 333, asked them to remove the block on calls when going over my limit. I HAVE UNLIMITED MINUTES AND THE APP SHOWED BLOCKS INACTIVE so this is obviously some issue with how three were managing my account. Hope it works for you too

Internet service from @ThreeUK has been absolutely shocking this past week. 4 days without full service and not even an apology. @ThreeUKSupport any idea when I will actually get the service I pay for? Stuck in a contract for this crap for 2 years. Disgusting.

@ThreeUKSupport care to explain why I’ve had my details passed on to a DRS when I’m currently unable to even login to my online account to find out what’s going on and why I’m being charged money for a service that I cancelled back in February?! I’m absolutely livid right now 🤬
