    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport We actually believe we are talking to a bunch of imbeciles in Complaints. 9 different people promise an email that never arrives. Our insurance claim will not be paid till the email arrives. Customer Service?????

    @ThreeUKSupport Worst 4g speed no idea why you guys are so proud for 4g and 5g. some area have good reception but no internet some of them have no network at all. Please give me detail how to claim refund for the service i am not getting as you guys promised?
