    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport @RobertCecil2 Hello, it’s changed a bit with iOS 15, you have to now open settings, general, scroll down and select transfer or reset iPhone, select reset again and then select reset network settings from there. I’m not trying to be mean, just giving you the updated steps.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am trying to add a password onto my account and have been for weeks. No one seems to be able to help or do this. I’ve sent Identification to the email address and they need more. Not sure why this wouldn’t have been put in place when I took the contract out years ago!

    Currently with @ThreeUK just because I’m close to end of contact, don’t start ‘cold calling’ me, such a rude and arrogant man just rang me it’s enough to change to another network on just that 1 call.

    @ThreeUK what is going on with your 5g home broadband I’ve had it two months the first month was great now I can’t even stream a tv program it’s a joke I have a phone with you that’s rubbish and a tablet. My monthly outgoings to you is over £60 I want to cancel ALL my contracts

    @ThreeUKSupport 03333381079 when I refused to give out my details he said something along the lines of you’ll just have to ring back and wait in the queue with everyone else. Not exactly great customer service.
