    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK can you take my phone number off your data. I am getting calls from customer service everyday with no one saying anything and voicemail with nothing I have left your network it is harassment now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I already did that, I was told sorry but it will be 5 days. Lovely girl, but absolutely no help at all. So I have put in an official complaint, but I still have no food to eat next week, so it solved nothing.

    Nobody ask for refunds with @ThreeUK, they say 5days then don't actually put it through. Then when you complain after 5 days they tell you sorry, it will be another 5 days. Ending 15 years of good service and no complaints. Not even a good will gesture to say sorry.
