    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport still awful today i have a sim only contract and a seperate home broadband from three and they are both the same even with restart on the router and phone my postcode is L80TW

    @ThreeUKSupport After over 1 hour of being told it was out of stock I was then told it was actually in stock and coming tomorrow. No real explanation as to what has gone wrong. Pretty disappointed overall with the support by the online chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply, I understand that. But the previous reply said planned work, not unforeseen work. Plus it was down all afternoon and the page is updated every 30 mins. But I am glad it's working as well...generally great service :)

    @ThreeUKSupport i don't know how it got blacklisted - I never asked for it to be. It's an honor 10 lite and in terms of issues - it's a long story. Final straw was that on the 12/11 I was told both IMEIs were unblacklisted - then this morning I was told the request had only been raised 20/11.
