    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK I have spent an age on live chat in the last 2 days. My phone number has been spoofed. I am trying to change my number. I have had 50+ calls from people who have received missed calls from my number but it is not me. Someone needs to call me to help sort this out ASAP!

    @ThreeUKSupport my data isn’t working in Birmingham. Showing 3G but nothing loads, I should have 5G. Tried restarting my phone, taking out sim and resetting network settings but nothing is working. Can only get internet when connected to wifi

    @sarahmufc93 @EE That sucks. Only advice would be don't move to @ThreeUK ,the only provider I've paid to leave mid contract when they couldn't provide a half decent signal outside... Advised me to turn off 4G on my phone as their 3G signal was better...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, I have tried this but it doesn't work. Even though I'm putting the mobile data SIM into another device [an iPhone] and navigate to the website while connected to the 3 network [no wifi], the website just keeps saying I'm not connected to 3 and to try again. 😐

    @travelred @EE @ThreeUK Weirdly I was going to switch to 3 as Steffan is on there and he gets perfect signal! Didn’t want to chance it with anyone else.
