@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me why my number hasn’t been transferred from another network yesterday? I spoke to someone at 10pm and was told it would be done by midnight. I’m now without a phone completely with important consultant appointments today.

Can anyone help me with this? @ThreeUK surprise blocked my phone as I used unlimited roaming too much but @ThreeUKsupport won't stop billing my one month rolling contract. I assume blocking the payments would be bad. Are there some magic words I should quote stop the billing?

@ThreeUKSupport another question - I gave the PAC from my previous network to Three and asked for an activation date of Feb 22. I still don't have my old number. Phone has been restarted twice - yesterday evening and this morning. I tried to resubmit, got an error message. What do I do?

@ThreeUKSupport I've been abroad for a week or so and apart from Twitter I can't contact you, you suspended my phone. You gave me no warning at all. Just cut my service. I'm not in arrears and I pay monthly for service that includes roaming and I didn't exceed any "fair use" provisions.

@ThreeUK Could anybody at ThreeUK tell me why CellID 2324230 is performingly underwhelmingly? I am getting download of 0.62 Mbps on my 4G(!) Home Broadband. This morning around 8am there was zero service on my mobile. Thanks in anticipation.

Dear @threeuk I live in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Scotland, hardly the middle of nowhere BUT your network, I've just spotted, hasn't been connected for hours. Eh do you have a coverage problem in this area? Please advise if you do and I'll find another provider. Thanks. A Balharry
