    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I've been with you a number of years (since 2015 I think) and my contact is now a sim only one. I have an S6. In last few days my network coverage has stopped- Access the internet/apps is just fine on Wi-Fi -any attempt to make calls leads to a "inset sim" msg

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you help. I subscribe to your 4G home broadband service. Speed is usually around 10 to 12 Mbs. For the past week it’s dropped to around 2Mbs. This is almost unusable our postcode is BA7 please can you help? Barry

    @ThreeUKSupport I pay my phone bill on time every month and rely on my phone for most things. Yet I’m not getting a great service, the signal is terrible, right now I have 1 bar, trying to watch a show on catch up and it’s glitchy. Not great value for money 😡
