    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now

    @ThreeUK I have been a loyal costumer for 7 years… & have been trying to resolve a billing issue with your costumer service team for 3 MONTHS with no resolution. I am shocked and horrified as I am owed a lot of money from @ThreeUK. Can anyone please HELP? 🥵

    @ThreeUKSupport Attempting to try and trigger yet another 30 day notice due to systems failure at three, then blaming me for the issue. 2 hours in eventually had the service turned off, 41 day wait to get incorrect charges back and 3 attempts to get agent to confirm contract end date in writing.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Despite your roaming tax for Europe its very sad to see that I get a better signal roaming in a Portuguese fishing village than I do on your Network while I'm at work in Newcastle. Surely the work you have been doing to fix masts is nearly finished?
