@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Over 3 months. Everywhere. Have contacted customer services, it was an ordeal. Call operators very polite but appear to be reading a script, having to go over the same information again & again & getting nowhere is so frustrating.

@ThreeUKSupport Three blocked my son's account after too many log-ins. Supplied the required documentation on 21 September 2022 but for unspecified technical reasons Three cannot unblock the account. Many messages, emails and calls later no firm information from Three about a fix

I'm gonna switch from @ThreeUK to @e_emobile. You know why. @ThreeUK mobile app and online account is not working properly. Bad user experience. Three is big but they need to do big things to keep customers as well.
