@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK appalling treatment of customer, after speaking for 3h to resolve an issue,notes were put on my account and promised a call back.Noone bother to call back, and when I call there is no notes on my case,I had to start over. How can u possible charge £295 on phone bills ?

Today i contacted @enginecreative and @mischiefpr who run @threeuk comms about the company still taking money from my dead fathers account after hours spent in calls and in store in Milton Keynes a year later. The response was "the team are busy on a zoom". You picked a bad enemy

@ThreeUK You are the WORST Provider on planet earth, been with you for about 10 years but I will be cancelling my contract immediately. How can I come back from being abroad, my data being on and 5G full connection showing… but nothing is loading and phone acting like no signal

@ThreeUKSupport @grynger Im also having the same problems running the same iOS. I downloaded the thing for older iOS in case and that doesn’t work either. This is via the virgin media WiFi and clicking the three icon

@virginmedia I rejected the offer until the issue is resolved and they have told me to move to another network. It's ironic, the site that is broken is also a @ThreeUK shared site and their services are down also since May

Nowhere in the 3 app does it mention credit limits when trying to set spending cap for foreign use @ThreeUK VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER. Will very likely cancel my contracts. VERY VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER OF MANY YEARS.
