@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@wwfc_dave @ThreeUKSupport Very little actually works as advertised. Be prepared to be very disappointed and let down. Oh and you’ll be using 3G most of the time because 4G is over subscribed and slow. Good luck.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jenn. I’ve paid £60 too much. I contacted Three last week because that was when I realised, and they told me the problem would be sorted. My bill has been changed, but I’m still £60 out of pocket.

@ThreeUK Your customer support model is bad. I asked for a service I was paying £15 a month for to be cancelled 2 years ago in your Exeter store. It turns out it wasn't (when I was told it was) and I've been told by customer support that I will not be getting a refund.
