    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

    @ThreeUK My dad who is also a @ThreeUK customer says this frequently happens to him too. That’s it, I’m switching mobile operators. If you can’t operate phone CALLS reliably then you have failed as a mobile operator. Doesn’t matter how cheap or fast your internet is

    @ThreeUKSupport I sent my 5G router back as it was within the 14 day cooling off period but I don’t have a tracking number as I wasn’t given one. What happens now? I need to make sure that I don’t get charged for the router. Help

    @ThreeUKSupport Haha yeah I've tried that a few times and again just now. Same issue. Mobile data is switched on also. I'll leave it a few hours and if same prob will get back in touch.
