    @ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over ยฃ110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™„

    @ThreeUKSupport hey I used to get full 5G in my area but now I canโ€™t connect to it. The phone customer support says itโ€™s not in my area but thereโ€™s a 5G tower up the street. I literally only updated and bought this phone for the 5G now itโ€™s gone

    @ThreeUK so no internet since Thursday last week. Was promised this would be resolved last week. Waiting for help is painful. Work from home, kids canโ€™t do homework, no entertainment. Paying for it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I left my contract because I had no service in my area due to a long-term issue and moved to another network so canโ€™t ring 333. I was told I could leave free of charge because of this which I have screenshots of and Iโ€™ve now received a bill in the post?!

    Do not get broadband with @ThreeUK! They think itโ€™s acceptable to not deliver what they promised but for me to pay and be out of pocket. Wonโ€™t even reimburse me for it. Worst service I have EVER encounter. I will take them to court, breach of contract! @ThreeUKSupport
