@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Over 2 months. You're doing god knows what to the local masts (East Cornwall) and the 4G home broadband here, and at my landlord's office, and his phone generally, are junk as a result. On Friday I got kicked out of my remote network 20 times through the day. Useless.

@ThreeUKSupport I have a iphone 13pro max . I would love to switch to 4g really i do. My wifi thing i have with u guys would like to aswell i asked him. But u guys dont do 4g i think cant remember the last i saw 4g or 5g ohh i remember its on my work phone with different network …..

Why oh why can’t my #MobilePhoneProvidor, just pick up the phone, instead of pressing 1 or this 2 for that, & 3 for that option, then get cut off. All I want to do is talk to a human being @ThreeUK. Not amused. The customer is alway right, heard of that saying.

Ah another glorious day of not being able to effectively do my job thanks to @ThreeUK 's dogshit internet. Don't worry boys, it's only my literal livelihood at stake, it's only been 2 months of this crap. I love staying late most days of the week to make up time! @ThreeUKSupport
