@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport After tweeting about my issue, a social media advisor claimed the necessary emails would be in my inbox within the next few hours - untrue. I’ve been lied to too many times by all of the Three customer care service teams. It is unacceptable.

Please don't get a @ThreeUK contract. They have not been able to resolve an issue regarding international calls for a month and charged me ridiculous amounts for the attempts to make those calls that were unsuccessful. I don't like complaining but they made me so stressed!

@ThreeUK You keep calling me to pay for a contract I never used. At the end of each call you agree you messed up and promise me you won’t bother me again. It never happens, and then you call again. I’m living in a 3UK Groundhog Day. Please sort it out - the number is 07897589662

@ThreeUKSupport Isn't there another way please? It seems illogical your security is more strict than the govs, not to mention this is an issue mostly women would have it's a little unfair. In store they said it happens daily, I guarantee it's women. Can I change my account name instead?
