    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny thing is Talk Talk had the same issue but one of their employees was good at his job so they cancelled the contract and none of this **** was necessary, idk why Three thought sending 2 companies after me was a good idea instead of civilised conversation to settle this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hopefully it will be ok. I'm going to set up today. It didn't help that there were two boxes in there and one was heavier than the other so it was going to happen. Maybe use some boxes from now on, which would be kinder to the environment rather than a plastic bag.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ive been on the live chat at the three website so many times and each time it ends with the person apologising saying i will be refunded ASAP, yet it never happens and I'm charged again. Was on for 3 hrs yesterday and spoke to 6 different people. Same outcome

    @ThreeUKSupport * 2 or 3 months without trying to contact me. Is that even legal ? how can Three send 2 different companies after one customer for the same reason ? This makes no sense at all. No personal offense to you obviously but Three ******* sucks

    @ThreeUKSupport I've got a samsung Galaxy A40 . Had it 12 months. Received new sim ( guaranteed to solve issue ) it hasn't. Hand set basically inoperable apart from wifi.

    @ThreeUK once again exceptionally poor speed (practically non existent) on 4g home wifi!! Daily occurrence 😡😡😡

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport - we have been having network issues with our multiple Three accounts (two mobiles and mobile broadband) for several weeks - so clearly not a device specific issue. We can’t stream anything without it crashing or hanging and web browsing is painful.
