@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded my SIM only contract on 01-08-2022 to 24mth SIM only contract for £9 per month which included a discount for being a loyal customer. Why am I still being charged £16.66 on a 1mth rolling contract?

@ThreeUK and now, a perfectly good discord voice chat, something that should have been WELL within your network's ability, was ruined by your frankly shambolic wifi quality, and I could not get it working. Am I meant to be satisfied PAYING £24 for this?
