@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

2022 and can't make a video call using @ThreeUK as signal is so bad . But least they have real 5g I suppose. Of wait they always ask me to turn on 3g as 5g and 4g don't work .

@ThreeUK hey folks, I’m getting several calls per day from a London number that just hangs up if I answer it. 100% certain they’re fraud or spam. Different numbers, so blocking doesn’t work. What services do you have to help? Thanks!

@ThreeUKSupport However, this has not happened. I was promised a call back at 4pm on Wednesday and obviously the call never came. I was then promised my SIM would be activated by midnight last night, again this was not the case! I have given the SIM number to 5 of your colleagues

@ThreeUKSupport Everything works ok except the internet. It’s telling me I have a good signal but it’s crap, when are you going to sort it? If I go down to the main road to Lochwinnoch I get 5g here it’s shite, when are you goong to dort it or do I have to change provider to get some service?

@_essalouise @ThreeUK I had a similar problem with a different provider several years back who just simply didn’t cancel my account despite me receiving my PAC & having moved on. I refused to pay any further bills, disputed the direct debits with the bank and kept a copy of all communication.

Anyone use @ThreeUK home 4g broadband? @OpenreachHelp have been so appalling fixing a storm damaged line that was already a bad I’m thinking of swapping to 4g for the house!
