    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over Β£110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! πŸ‘πŸ™„

    @ThreeUKSupport I have done that countless times in the past week,even called in, I can receive regular texts, but not verification codes, now I'm locked out of my 15yr old Gmail because of this, can't signin to my own instagram, and don't receive otp for my banking activities, this is so bad

    @ThreeUK More than a week now, and more than 5 official complaints, still I can't receive verification text on my phone, everything was alright until I transferred my number to the three network, how can I call and chat with support daily without any success, worst network ever

    @ThreeUKSupport - your agents are invariably lovely, but your systems are awful. Will end up waiting 2 weeks for my upgraded router, but you've switched off my old SIM in the meantime - no broadband!
