@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport so far I've been asked if it's 4g or 5g and told there's no work been happening. I've ordered fibre broadband now, if nobody wants to help, then they can watch my arse go out the door. 2 replies in 2 days is just not good enough for a 'support' channel.

@ItsSpeltWithAC @O2 @ThreeUK He told us it depends if it is a software glitch or a hardware issue. If its a software the OS replacement may work. We couldn't get another appointment with apple until Tuesday so back with them so they can replace the phone (hopefully). Its only 3 mnth old.

@ThreeUKSupport what have you been doing to your network in the past week?! I’ve had no bloody signal. Shouldn’t be paying a contract and having to rely on wifi connection in and out of the house. 😑
