    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport You’ve effectively cancelled the tariff I’m on month to month and raised the tariff by 90%. Really poor timing. Can I please have the telephone number of head office to discuss this matter as clearly it’s a matter that the press would be interested in.

    @ThreeUK are NOT getting any more competent at dealing with my complaint. No email to confirm that my complaint has not been settled, no communication records, no contact at all. Except, of course, automated ones asking if I would recommend to friends and family. Hmm? NO!

    Finally got through to a UK agent at @ThreeUKSupport- they were disparaging, rude and unhelpful. Back to the drawing board to avoid a 90% hike in my monthly bill then.

    @ThreeUK so I have been sitting in alllllllll day waiting for my new phone that was confirmed as being delivered today. I have not received any information on delivery time but I doubt very much it will arrive today now. How poor is your customer service/communication

    Had @ThreeUK 5g WiFi for 3 days now, and consistently getting 150-200mb down and 80-100 up. On Sky "Superfast" I was getting 24mb up and 5 down. Safe to say I'm going to be cancelling my Sky and sticking with Three if this continues. Recommend it if you have 5g in your area 👍

    @ThreeUK @SMARTYMobileUK Is it really so hard to have mast service info on our websites so that we don't lose a morning trying to work out if our technology is broken, or its just your service/masts being worked on or down.
