@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

I have been a @ThreeUK for 10 years. In June I opted to upgrade my phone and I was assured when I upgraded that I would no longer pay for my old plan - today I have noticed that I am STILL paying the old bill. Queried it and apparently I still need to pay. Absolute awful service

@ThreeUK What a company! I was told to drive to a store four hours away to get my e-sim activated. Put through to complaints only to told the same thing again. Outstandingly bad service. Three hours later still no sim and lied to countless times.

@ThreeUKSupport My phone is playing up badly with a couple of issues, one being it's saying no sim. I cant get onto the 3 app as i can't the 6 digit code so I can raise the problems. Are you able to advise?
