@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK I was upset to be informed by CS that my business acc invoices HAVE to be sent via post. And I have to request a digital invoice via email. I couldn’t even cancel my postal invoices even though I am not getting them?! Waste of paper..? Pls transfer business online! #eco

@ThreeUK I have 2 contracts which I have had for many years and I can categorically promise I will not be renewing any of the 2 of them when the contracts are up. Spoke to 3 different advisors today and not one of them able to help!!!

Well, it's taken three months for @ThreeUK to finally give me my original number back. Highlights include: - almost 10 hours of my time wasted - being unable to call mum on Mothers' Day - being forced to pay for a PAYG contract that I never authorised It's been ****.
