@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK Received my "new" phone upgrade today. Box arrived in poor condition and with seal broke. Not good enough. Phoned twice now to resolve and been cut off and just want to cancel my contract now. How do I do this without enduring further incompetence?

@ThreeUK Isn't it that in #Lockdown, all networks must work efficiently 100%, What on earth, you guys made this network? Once it was pioneer now network goes on/off each 5 mins. Do compete but with thyself! Hope you understand, good network, more customers!

@ThreeUKSupport You already know this. The excuses gives nearly a year ago was working on 5g . Just look at the link I’ve posted AMs see all the complaints . Tons and tons of them from all areas. This week it’s been worse than ever . Shame on three for the worst service .

@JasperArgyleMAD @ThreeUKSupport Nah this has been going on nearly 18 months. Nothing wrong with my phone... If I stick an EE/Vodaphone/O2 sim out of friends phone. Perfect 4G hitting 30-50mb. I've had several replacement Sims. It's just 3's signal is abysmal these days
