    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK Is it normal for your 3G to be faster and more reliable than your 4G and 5G? I've found the two of those to be absolutely useless with your network

    @ThreeUKSupport I've found the 5G to be terrible all over the UK regardless of signal, 4G is very hit and miss and 3G is good enough. Primarily in the Stirling/Glasgow regions

    @ThreeUKSupport If you read about it working 5 hours later..That means original SIM never had a fault..The fault was with 3 network which was totally denied

    @ThreeUKSupport after i contacted support they told me it comes through a company called Oxygen8 for a website called meme-zone, neither of which i have ever heard of.

    @ThreeUK adding charges before I have even started a contract with you and not chaning my sim over on the date I request 2 weeks ago. Now you're saying I have to wait another week to transfer a number. Very poor start

    @VodafoneUK Well that’s incorrect…. I switch to a @ThreeUK sim into my gigacube and it works fine with the PlayStation and isn’t restricted to NAT type 3. It’s a Vodafone network issue, admitted in multiple Vodafone forums. Please correct your information

    @ThreeUKSupport full bars on 4G in Swansea city centre, nothing loads or sends. 3G and 5G work fine. I've had my SIM swapped because of this problem before, but it still keeps happening.

    @ThreeUKSupport No just told me I hadn't made the request when I've got the email evidence and general been rude and dismissive about it. Saying its an automated service that they can't change yet won't make any attempt to compensate or make up for their mistake
