@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Will of course still be making a complaint. And tbh, what really took the biscuit was - at the end of the last chat - being told that since I'm such a loyal and important customer, they wanted to try and sell special offers to me on the chat! Umm... absolutely no way.

@ThreeUKSupport The issue is that my phone thinks it has 4G but it doesn’t so I have to go in to settings to force 3G to get any connection. This is because of network congestion, right? The issue is when I’m static, loading the next address.

@ThreeUKSupport Finally, service restored after manually selecting a new network that was listed as "forbidden". Not sure why it took 3 days to get here, but I'm happy it's finally fixed.
