@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport I have had an absolute nightmare with Three over the past week or so I have been requesting proof of usage for my phone and get promised it will arrive by the end of the day via email but it never comes through. All advisors keep making false promises!

Also put us on pay as you go for some reason but still charging us for 4 contracts we don’t want pay as you go we want this resolved. Three has taken roughly £200+ that shouldn’t of

Wow @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK about to leave the carrier was promised a good deal and phone I could use for work and personal only to find you have stopped supporting esim! That is so poor not to be told that just to get me to stay on. When will the esim be back?

Also really disappointed the @ThreeUK doesn't have a bereavement team to manage sensitive situations. Honestly, in a whole 2021, they are still outsourcing customer service with no training on what bereavement procedures and policies should be with people's information.
