    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

No I was left with I had to travel to a 3 store to get my own money back dont understand why you can't just pay the account I was paying the bill for for the last 4 or 5 years.never had to do it with anything else ?

    @ThreeUKSupport And because I cannot access my account because of the memorable word issue, NO STAFF MEMBER will talk to me. So, Threw, ur safety policies enable the law to be broken and allow u to take peoplea money against their wishes! All reasons why I am leaving when my contracts end

    I have been charged out of contract for 3 devices that I enquired about a year ago. @ThreeUK You have charged me not only for data but the handset also which was paid off a year ago !! I have called and used your live chat for hours on end for months and no resolution.

    Been with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup for 12+ years, bought numerous family/friends to Vodafone, had multiple lines and broadband. On Tuesday I called to upgrade but the best tariff offered was nowhere near @ThreeUK. Disappointed to be leaving w/such poor offer from retentions.
