    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport just changed to Three from O2 today and it appears the network is down in my area - interesting start....can we check GL4 0SZ.

    @ThreeUK The detail is not for public consumption but rest assured that I will never ever recommend Three - you have no DM details, your phone customer service is shocking and emails don't get responded to!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK do you think it's acceptable to allow a member of the public to become a victim of identity fraud who doesn't have a contract with you? Weeks of emails and phone calls being passed from one incompetent department to another and still no solution?

    @ThreeUK I think you may be having problems with your mast, eNB 9583 over in Great Barton. With band 1 + 3 with 3 UL, CA works but upload is slow. Band 3 on it's own, upload is great. Band 20 doesn't aggregate very well at all. MIMO is iffy too?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to the complaints team, customer services and everyone I possibly can at three. I get told it’s being sent out again, then it’s not, I feel lied to every time.

    @ThreeUK my father wishes to cancel his rolling contract with you which hasn’t used. He would rather do this in writing or email than phone due to a hearing problem. Please advise of an address/email so he can do this.
