    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    Never ever bother with #threeuk a month on and they are still billing me despite me cancelling my contract. Then customer support have laptop issues when you ask for issues to be resolved

    @ThreeUKSupport hm ok but that is just saying to report each call I get individually. Or go and block individual numbers (turning a nuisance into a task for me..?). This doesn't really help anyway as the number is always slightly different (last 3 digits). Can the network do anything?

    @ThreeUKSupport Another day, another call. I truly don’t know what to do? The staff are probably very poorly paid and have little or no training. To keep their costs down Three also outsource abroad. Never again!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Why is my mobile constantly losing service (data and not on network) but has full bar service. Then suddenly 4g appears for a second then it's gone again. Have to restart my phone to get it working. Had better service with @ThreeUK and @iD_Mobile_UK

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there, I have a Samsung galaxy a71 on contract with yourselves, this is hands down easily the worst phone I have ever had. What are my options here? Can I swap the phone before my contract ends?
