    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport The fact I've been given different dates since last Monday, or told there are no issues is very poor form. Inconvenience and cost to me is seemingly totally irrelevant. Big corporate customer relations behind the facade, at it's finest 👏👏👏

    @ThreeUK 5G mobile hub out of service all afternoon. Affected my working from home. Customer service and tech service were useless. Still no idea when it's coming back on. I wish I'd never left @virginmedia

    @ThreeUKSupport Shocking telephone support. Two phones and two SIM cards later, Three will not acknowledge there's an issue. The agent witnessed the problem on the phone, promised a call back, and fobbed me off. DO NOT USE THREE. They'll take your money and ignore you.
