    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK hi, when I go to upgrade on your site it says the service is down. When will it be back up please? I’m an existing customer ready to upgrade to a new sim deal.

    @ThreeUK - you really need to sort out your out-sourced customer services. You could not have made a simple situation more complex with threats, poor admin and a lot of wasted time - 4 calls (each 30+ minutes) to do something simple - from 13 November to 30 January (so far!)

    @ThreeUKSupport Within the first 6 months of purchase that is your responsibility as the retailer as has been confirmed by a member of your customer relations team. Much credit to her, she has sorted things, shame took 3 people to do so though.

    @ThreeUK Shweta from Finance Team is an absolute 5* member of staff she puts her time and effort in to her job her priority you can see is the customers not a can't be bothered to help you I will pass you over attitude I wish for her to be my account manager! She is the best.

    @ThreeUKSupport thanks, i will do that, although i've tried with @VodafoneUK constantly to get them to up their game but just fed up, my two year contract with them ends this august and its been **** since it first started, and that's my main connection at home, dm on its way
