    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK internet not working yet again but when I check coverage it says it perfect. If you ring three help line they say it’s ok. Well it’s not. Been going in for months now one minute it works the next it doesn’t. Even got a new super dooper modem. Still the same. Fed up now.

    Absolutely sick to death of being on @ThreeUK !! Never ever got any signal and when i do its 1 bar 4G, every time i try to phone and speak to a manager i get put on hold then EVERY TIME the phone mysteriously goes down!!! Sort it out before i blast it everywhere you scumbag

    @ThreeUK hi can I please actually speak to someone real? I’ve been with your virtual assistant for ages and then with an assistant and I have got nowhere. How do I speak to someone? My area has no signal and although WiFi calling is on it doesn’t work

    @ThreeUKSupport why can’t I use my phone abroad? 4g doesn’t even come up, I’ve tried turning roaming etc on but it never connects to the 3 network and it’s very inconvenient. Been the case every country I’ve visited in the last year. Will change if this can’t be resolved

    @ThreeUKSupport And I need to be joining Teams meetings. Train WiFi no good as uses the same signal. Why haven’t things moved on? I shouldn’t be struggling with same signal issues 5 years after 5G rollout
