@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

Appalling service from @ThreeUK who have mis-sold me a contract, and are now refusing to refund the £472 they took from my account. The store have accepted responsibility but @ThreeUK are refusing to pay. While the battle continues, the withdrawals from my account also continue.

@ThreeUKSupport work in the M4 area was supposed to be completed by the 31st of October, today marks 2 weeks with no 5g, can't get through to anyone on the support number but for half a month now I've not been getting what I pay for
