    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport I sorted it over your text support and since you freely had access to my account you could have just taken it so why spend almost 18 months to finally chase me down about it? ESPECIALLY DURING A PANDEMIC WHEN PEOPLE ARE STRUGGLING? it's shameful really.

    @ThreeUK I had a feeling something was wrong with sending & receiving text messages. Can you let me know when this will be fixed please? This is unbelievable to say the least. Can't even use 2FA via text or even check updates on deliveries, even mobile banking!! Not even a month in #Fail

    SO THEY WERE TAKING ALMOST £30 A MONTH FOR 2 YEARS AND I GOT THEM TO FINALLY TERMINATE THE CONTRACT IN JULY 2019, REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND NOW I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY SOLICITORS TO TELL ME I NEED TO PAY £40+ FOR THEM. WHY? @ThreeUK

    I should have paid heed to the warning tweets about @ThreeUK's services. 5 days with Internet down "working on masts in your area" and calls getting disconnected everytime I call customer services. Fed up already. @ThreeUKSupport
