@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

.@threeuksupport weird to say it’s a sad day, but after 10 years with @threeuk i’m having to leave as i get no signal anywhere i spend regular time, and hasn’t been fixed in the 3 years i’ve had the issues. also dropping free go roam and european charges didn’t help. farewell 3

@ThreeUKSupport hi. I renewed my contract on 5th June and chose the £21 a month but half price for 6 months with free £100 Mastercard. Fast forward 5 weeks and I have just been charged £21 when it should have been £11. Shall I ring up support?
