  @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

  Been charged £40 by @ThreeUK 3 months in a row even though I cancelled, paid up my contract and moved to a new service back in July! All times I have been charged I enquired as to why and got no where. Absolute **** show of a provider. How do I stop this and get my money back?

  @Cgcg200 @ThreeUK Same thing here. Network checked says no problems. But none of us (all on 3) can make or receive any calls. But can send text messages and internet is fine. Annoying!

  @ThreeUKSupport Are there issues with WiFi Calling? Can’t get this to activate on NE5 and NE15. Tried resetting router and phones, issue still persists.

  @ThreeUK you have to enable data roaming to buy data passport which means you’ve already racked up stupid costs as your phone automatically syncs up as you step off the plane. Should be able to buy it via Three app which lets you buy other addons #fail 1/2
