@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Managed to sort it! There’s seems to have been a problem all weekend as I have friends that also had service issues but there was no online info as to how/why. I also think my payment was delayed on my direct debit. Thanks for the speedy reply, Jacq have a good day!

@ThreeUKSupport I had a chat on the app 3 days ago and the guy was useless he made me reset my network settings and when I told him my data wasn’t working he said it should be just because it said 4G? It says 4G all day but when I can’t load a page then what’s the point

@ThreeUKSupport phone signal and service completely gone. Having a really bad couple weeks with @ThreeUK. Purchase broadband; send out faulty equipment so cannot use it, send it back and is replaced with new router with missing equipment so cannot use it. Now mobile signal GONE.

@Ofcom what do you do when @ThreeUK owe you £295, each support agent lies to you about the refund progress. Leaving you with out food for a week. Because they promise a refund every day & every chase is answered with we canceled the request & we must put it though begin again.
