@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@Sandford_Police I’m with @ThreeUK and none of us got an alert. Does that mean all Three customers are dead meat. I know they’re a crap company but that’s still a bit harsh

@ThreeUKSupport Perhaps your Indian subcontinent call centre guy should have given me the correct email, he even spelt it phonetically with out the 's'. Other than your awful billing system, offshoring is the other reason I'm a former customer. Still chasing me for money I've already paid. 🤡

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya, my address and three others do not work on the website. all addresses are old and registered. it’s a problem with the website preventing people from scrolling. can you acknowledge it or try do it yourself to see the problem?
