Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

There are literal black spots where it says I have signal, but does not work in any way. It’s honestly terrible and when my contract ends I will be leaving

Last month it suddenly just stopped. I went through the whole process again & set it to autorenewal again. It's stopped again & I can't make calls. #Useless
