Jim McKee (@Highland_jim) reported from Alness, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

Ian Whitehouse (@adisaddlers_Ian) reported from Stittenham, Scotland@Sandford_Police I’m with @ThreeUK and none of us got an alert. Does that mean all Three customers are dead meat. I know they’re a crap company but that’s still a bit harsh
-
Alex MS (@archifishal) reported from Stittenham, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport do you have any inkling what the network requirements are for wifi calling to be offered? I've seen it in random shops, but not my home or work wifi for some reason

woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK If it’s less than 14 days since you took out the contract, call them back and explain that the law says they must allow you to cancel. It’s not disputable, it’s your legal right. Alternatively try Citizens Advice Bureau? Wishing you good luck 🤞

JaxRalph1992 (@JaxRalph1992) reported@ThreeUKSupport ever since you partner up with Vodafone my 5G & signal has been horrendous roll on September and I am gone. I’ve been with you guys for 14 years.
-
Vix Southgate 🦊 (@Victrix75) reportedI cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!
-
Ste McPartland (@SteMcP) reported@ThreeUK I have not been able to login to your rewards app for over a week. Trying reinstalling, registering, new password. Nothing works
-
Emma Andrews (@EmmaAndrews95) reported@ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK your coverage is down in the Hull area, my partner cannot get any phone signal today so cannot make calls or texts and has no Internet!
-
Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

jimmy (@jimmysunny85) reported@ThreeUK there is your ******* proof right there you absolutely horrible cnts!!
-
Rod Pascoe (@RodPascoe) reported@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.
