@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@O2 any ideas why I can’t get approved for a £8 sim only deal with you. I’m paying @ThreeUK £80 a month but you declined me a sim only. I don’t have poor credit rating. Very confused 😐 Maybe I’ll have to look elsewhere 😢

@ThreeUKSupport Hi…I have been referred to the network team and have been told, by them, that this issue will NOT be fixed until August 8th at the earliest. More than a month with no service. Unbelievable!
