    @Sandford_Police I’m with @ThreeUK and none of us got an alert. Does that mean all Three customers are dead meat. I know they’re a crap company but that’s still a bit harsh

    @ThreeUKSupport do you have any inkling what the network requirements are for wifi calling to be offered? I've seen it in random shops, but not my home or work wifi for some reason

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @ThreeUKSupport @dean8001 Typical 3 answer !!! Had nothing but problems just lately !! 5 different operators all giving the same b***s**t crap pre-recorded rubbish and the problem STILL is not sorted !! YEARS of being with 3 and £1000s upon £1000s thrown at you for what ????

    @ThreeUK Now after speaking to customer service for nearly 5 HOURS, 3 departments,to approx 8 people,still they r coming up with new excuses and disconnecting the calls just at the moment when i think that my problm will be resolved.This is really outrageous n quite frustrating.

    @ThreeUK I recently came up with an issue of being misguided and being sold a contract without student discount inspite of me conveying that I am a student and asking for student discounts.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was supposed to get a delivery time by 2pm and they never did. In that case can you just cancel the order and the contact for me I wont be at that address until the weekend and they wont deliver on weekends

    @ThreeUKSupport networks seems to be down once again in SE13, status says it's fine. Is there work being done or is there an issue?
