@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@threeuk @skynews @bbcnews How about some proper investigative journalism into today's ongoing shambolic outage by Three? Second time this year it's been out all day, calls, texts, data intermittent, people unable to ring 999. Do your jobs. Peoples lives are at risk.

@ThreeUK I had a Dr's appointment booked via phone call I missed that due to not receiving voice calls & as of rn I'm still not able to make/receive calls, only able to call friends/family via WhatsApp how much longer is this going to be down?? Seems it's always down these day's 😤

@ThreeUK This is better a norm with @ThreeUK. The service is becoming crap and I am expecting a lot of users are going to leave the network after this episode. I couldn’t use my business phone the whole day and it’s still not fixed. Very unreliable network!
