Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

Here customer, have a ref number you can do nothing with, because we can't use it & guess what, neither can you, but it looks good

Messages and the phone I don't even have anymore due to issues and I try cancelling it but then a large bill come again
