@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@wondercrofts @ThreeUK I could never take a decent call- and careful when you try and leave they seem incapable of closing my account even after I am using the PAC on my new phone- now I can’t receive messages or calls from many people and I’m literally about to go away for work
