@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Never again will I use a Three network SIM. What a ripoff activated a 24gig data sim. Used less than a gig of data. Then when I come to use it 2kwks later there is nothing, 0gig and text msg saying nothing left

@ThreeUK - you have the worst customer service imaginable. Since the outage, I have been unable to make or receive calls at my home location . Was told it would be resolved on Sunday but of course too good to be true. Complaint number 250812103701176.

Made the switch to @ThreeUK just under 12 months ago, was great. Has really good signal coverage. But these last 3 month has been horrific. Genuinely regret switching to 3 now as I can barely get any signal anywhere even my own home now longer gets signal @ThreeUKSupport
