@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Someone has transformed my number over to Vodafone, then used that number to access my email and change the password. Then used the email to try and access my bank accounts...all while three customer service is twiddling their thumbs and giving useless advice

@__TommyB__ @ThreeUK I can assure you I am not renewing my contract. It is unacceptable to have almost no data network for almost 4-5 days every month. What's the point to pay for unlimited data when you don't even have data network!! 😡😡
