    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport engineer told me 5g hub sim not working. Told me 1-3 days for sim to arrive. I said no. Need now. He told me go branch. I go branch for new sim and branch tell me unable to sort. Now branch not letting me cancel. Took this out yesterday. What are my rights?

    @ThreeUKSupport @hall_mj I’m also HG5 & have had no or very low data rates for nearly two months using the Three network. The signal is strong and mobile calls and texts seem fine but internet/data connection has been a nightmare. I’ve been told repairs are ongoing but there’s no date for a resolve? Mark

    @ThreeUK Just noticed I've been getting billed for your £15 monthly package twice per billing cycle? Support is telling me this is normal because the package only lasts from the day you buy it to the end of your billing cycle, (eg 14th - 18th of month)
