    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @Sandford_Police I’m with @ThreeUK and none of us got an alert. Does that mean all Three customers are dead meat. I know they’re a crap company but that’s still a bit harsh

    @ThreeUKSupport Our Internet is atrocious at the moment, goes offline at least four times a day. Really disappointed! I'm trying to do university course and really need reliable Internet! Plus we were meant to get a new TV when we signed up.. never happened.

    @ThreeUKSupport bought an Alcatel 1 for my daughter and it's extremely laggy, to the point we want to return it after 12 hours. Not happy as this is her first phone and it doesn't work properly.

    Three the broadband company that forces the customer to stay 24 months with an internet that DOESN'T WORK. @ThreeUK answer my complaints, when are you guys going to cancel this bad and expensive service.????
