    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport something strange is happening in Inverness, whenever I get above 2 bars of signal i get network and internet errors constantly.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed wth the service from @ThreeUK. Awaiting for email confirmation I was promised would be within 24hrs yet 4 days later no response @ThreeUK get back to me ASAP as its affected by mortgage completion & credit file

    @virginmedia service status shows nothing is wrong..only after complaints shows there’s an issue. getting update text 24h later saying all fixed isn’t helpful. I’ve bought a @ThreeUK sim to help, until Virgin contract ends as I need reliability to connect our NHS systems when Virgin is down.

    @ThreeUKSupport They all match name, dob, address and memorable name - but apparently because I haven’t made an outbound call over a minute in the last 7 days (apparently calling Three customer service for 20mins yesterday doesn’t count) I can’t be verified to be put through to speak to anyone

    @ThreeUKSupport It's never easy I give uop. I had the app the other day and then the other evening I went to use it and the message was it was unavailable till the next day. When I tried to use it it didn't work. I can get the info I need by 333. I'll reinstall it over the weekend. Thanks v much

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but by suggesting I pick up a local SIM you are essentially suggesting I find an additional provider when I have paid Three for months without service. Really disappointing options given we are amidst a global pandemic.
