    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUK Should never have taken the no additional cost "feel at home" away from the advanced plans. That's the sole reason I'll be looking elsewhere once up for renewal.

    @ThreeUK thank you for such a fast response after I reported a mobile phone stolen, the sim was suspended, a new one received within less than 48 hrs. Amazing customer service at a very stressful time. Thank you
