    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUK we have an account in my wife's name 196 pounds taken out of our bank account not on the date our bill is due so technically theft customer service did nothing about it

    @ThreeUKSupport No I was told that basically Suck it up buttercup. The service is is minimal at this location even after originally being told it was good. The gent who I was told was at first a engineer then later I learned was nothing of the kind. Told me that even though showing engineering

    @ThreeUKSupport hi! Having some issues at the moment where there’s no network connection for 3G/4G. I’m having to go into the Networks and select it from there, then when the phone goes into standby it loses the network again. Please help!
