@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport I’m pretty sure 23/8 was the end term of my contract, I can’t check now as I can’t sign in to the app as I’m no longer a three customer. I requested a pac code on the 22/8 and my account closed on the 24/8

@ThreeUKSupport suddenly not able to make or receive calls, texts are working fine. I can see lots of people are having the same issue over the country, my partner is also on 3 sitting next to me and isn't having any issues,any suggestions? just wait it out? I've done a reset 🙃
