    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a way I can make a formal complaint ? I asked for a solution for bad signal, you guys send me a new SIM, and cut off my old sim before the new one arrives, I have had no signal today because of that.

    @mentazm @ThreeUKSupport Oh god.. Yes THIS.. EH6 7BY for me & your 4G service AGAIN has become poor. There is no congestion in teh area, no one is working on your transmitter and 3G speeds are far faster - WE ARE PAYING for 4G Broadband NOT 3G FIX IT!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Sim only plan for 12 months with a 14 day cooling off period. I cancelled via phone, the service was cut off. I have rung up twice chasing a PAC code. I just tried asking for one via your website, it gave me one but asked for £121.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali, thanks for coming back to me. I've checked and I haven't received an email from Three since July 2020. Could you confirm the new EU roaming charges to me please? If I stay on my current contract do I avoid them? I've been lied to a lot on this issue so far.

    @ThreeUK how funny I never hit my data limit for 2 years on a £60 pm contact but as soon as I move down to sim only £15 I suddenly hit my data allowance in a couple weeks
