    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport cancel at no charge as it doesnt work...its contract ends nov 2020, it needs cancelling at no charge. Today u have advisedon mi text ona diff ph that it has gone to debt collection...i have proof ...screen pics and call recordings...please cancel ph (2/3)

    @ThreeUKSupport The company you employ to manage this are just lying to your customers - I assume they get bonuses for how many customer they retain - you need to investigate their methods

    @ThreeUKSupport They said they would have to arrange another call in 24-72 hours - I asked this to be escalated got put through to customer services - the guy there said PAC code can’t be generated immediately and I would have to wait - I said he was wrong, as previous guy was about to do it..

    @ThreeUK I was promised an out of warranty Apple refund by Three, but I’m just getting messed around. Does anybody know what they’re doing @ThreeUK customer services or do you get a kick out of wasting your customers time?

    @ThreeUKSupport I get an error when I try to do it online asking to call 333. When I do so, they told me that someone will call me back in 24-72 hours. Next day someone called, he said he couldn’t help so passed me to another guy. He started to help but then it cut off...
