    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @NoNeeeed @ThreeUK I had the same problem in Dec. It’s a bug in their system (presumably from a system migration). I had to contact live chat/support to get them to reset it. It was a known issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport No they didn’t register anything, unbelievably they were just trying to sell me a tablet, while saying, they weren’t going to do anything about this issue. It was really bad customer service.

    if u even remotely care about urself dont sign up with @ThreeUK these ppl get u down BAD even when ur phone gets snatched in the middle of mayfair a month after ur contract n u filed a police report nuh-uh ur paying two phone bills for a daily average of 2 signal bars from now on

    So supposedly no issues with signal in my area, except when I make calls to other people they turn into aliens or violins??? Only on @ThreeUK. Can you shed any light on this?? Cw1 3ld is the post code. It’s wearing thin now, tempted to change providers tbh.

    @ThreeUKSupport So it doesn’t matter that on the account there has never been any use of the services? And if they did not tell him store, they only told him he was getting a free dongle, but a broadband contract was just in the fine print, that’s ok?

    @ThreeUK not happy have an outstanding balance as never paid it due to limited indoor coverage,told if I cancel I need to pay full ETF,adviser refused to run a network check and also even though I showed how frustrating I was ,the advisor never offered to raise a complaint
