    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport At the beginning of lockdown 1.0 I locked my aim and needed a new PUK code. Roll on almost a year and my phone miraculously has WiFi but not phone or data. I've bought an upgrade and would like to unlock my new SIM. I've tried calling and nowt works. Help???

    @TeaKayB @ThreeUK Can you try both sims at one location and different speeds from the same network then that may prove they have slowed down the network for certain services.

    @ThreeUKSupport Surely I did. You are the 4th to ask, but it is my word against Three, apparently. The order did not go through and I had them renewed twice, BECAUSE OF YOUR APP. Chris, tell your boss that he may get my £33, just to lose a customer worth £120 PA minimum. How is it money-wise?

    @Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport I have now spoken to 3 people at three & have either been cut off by the call handlers or hung up on. We now have 2 contracts which are totally useless, as we are not receiving the service we are paying for. We have now dealt with Dave, Sam & Rohan #rude

    @madebyburton @ThreeUK It's awful. Strange thing is, my mobile service is with Smarty (a subsidiary of Three) and I've had no problems with it at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every evening we lose signal and can't finish a film and it never gets fixed. We get fobbed off everytime
