@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

@ThreeUKSupport Please can you text all customers when the voice issue has been resolved. I don’t wish to waste any more time checking back in with you. It’s your problem, you should take responsibility for informing customers when it’s fixed. You need to ‘push’ the message out!

@ThreeUK I cannot make calls again! This is happening all the time! Also I can’t get to speak to anyone because your phone service doesn’t register the numbers I’m tapping in. So I get stuck in a loop 😡

@ThreeUK Left Vodafone two months ago because of this exact issue. Now you’re sharing masts, and once again I can’t make a phone call. Feel it will likely be a short stay with you if this is your service level, and usual ****** lack of info
