    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport something strange is happening in Inverness, whenever I get above 2 bars of signal i get network and internet errors constantly.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have hearing difficulties meaning it’s difficult to understand those with strong accents It’s all sorted now, I had to get someone else to deal with it for me. Please do better with your customer service next time

    How is @ThreeUK so lacking and behind with the times?!? No smart watch capabilities or visual voicemail about a 100 years after it was introduced on iPhones. Literally just grabbing money and running, no investment back in the service your paying for!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport stranded without data in Canada by Three. Never had roaming issues previously and charged £36 before I got off the plane. Furious!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hey so I paid an outstanding bill, the payment was due by the 25th of April. And the money got taken out of my account, and it still has the bill hasn’t been paid… any idea how to fix this?
