    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @threeuksupport @threeuk this morning I’m getting an automated message saying "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." So I can’t make any outgoing calls, any ideas what’s happened?

    @SMARTYMobileUK The only time I don't have internet issues is when I have connected to one of @ThreeUK 5g Masts and recieving 5G speeds... which even that is very rare....

    @ThreeUKSupport store, given sim and told I had everything I needed to set up, was not true, still can’t even log in to use the sim I was given in store. Customer service shockingly bad. You’ve stolen my money but also wasted hours of my life. I’ve never felt so screwed over by a company.

    @ThreeUKSupport Wondering what types of speed I should expect from the 4G home broadband. I have my Three ZTE router in a windowsill. signal reads 5 bars (full) but it tends to max out at 50Mbps. I was expecting faster. Is it just my area? Thought central Cardiff would be faster.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told by your customer services that there would be no early repayment if I used the code after 18/8 yet still charged one and to top it off customer services can’t take it off I have to wait 3 days then phone back as you can’t even call me to fix it! Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s always been activated previously when I travel here I believe. People can leave messages, I just get an ‘engaged’ signal when I dial 123 or the alternative
