@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUK your customer service/back end team (whoever deals with proof of usage are ridiculous) I have been trying to get my proof of usage and you have been disappointing me since the 5th of October. The phone was blacklisted last Sunday and still no proof sent.

@ThreeUKSupport I would but every time I tried to correct details on my acct so I could get support you guys never did it even when I sent my passport as.proof it didn't get done..so this is gonna be fun
