@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport So basically I need add on’s as I’m Dubai . Hasn’t been working for weeks . Finally started workin a few days ago I bought 2 over 2 days now won’t let me buy saying transaction failed. Spoke to customer service they put limit on to £100 so I can buy them again n sent link

@ThreeUKSupport Before this issue I was recommending your service to my friends and family now I’m not so sure how you can leave customers with no service for 2 days is ridiculous Speedtest on my PC says 0.40mbps dial up was faster for Christ sake!!!!

Ok, my ageing Moto G6 has developed a crack on the screen. Time to consider a replacement. Moto G 5G? 1+ Nord N10 5G? Something else? Is it possible to buy something *not* from @ThreeUK that will support VoLTE + wifi calling on their network?
