@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport something strange is happening in Inverness, whenever I get above 2 bars of signal i get network and internet errors constantly.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, 3G is really slow, 4G is practically useless right now, really really slow speeds. 5G is ok but not amazing and speeds vary wildly, unsure how I am receiving 5G though if it's not out here yet? Cheers

@ThreeUKSupport None really for the voice calls I was told to use WiFi calling. Doesn't help if you are outside, and with the 4H routers was just told to reboot. Doing a websearch show massive issues with Three Home Broadband. 3 did not even advise they were doing mast work in the area

@ThreeUKSupport I preferred it on the 21st Oct...was meant to come on the 11th Nov chased for a week and have been fed false information that it’s coming maybe tomorrow call back then only to find out there was an IT issue shock and it was never sent same old story again by the looks of it

@ThreeUK Definitely the worst! I had to cancel my broadband with them cas it never works and 2 MONTHS after I'm still waiting for my refund. Rubbish!

@ThreeUK have the absolute worst service of any network I’ve ever been on. Clapham and now Balham shocking service. Gutted because they sponsor Chelsea 👀
