@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@Durrell40 @ThreeUKSupport Hats off to @ThreeUK they released me from my contract today recognising I wasn’t getting the service. I’ll go back to them if things improve. They’ve always given great service until last 6 months. Let’s hope they get sorted. I’ll avoid 02.

@ThreeUKSupport that's inflexible. its a Whole of District issue, and i'd have to give you hundreds of postcodes. that's not exactly practical is it? From looking at the maps its covering about 6 major antenna stations. MK15 0DS is where i was this afternoon for 2 hours. lets start there ;-)

@ThreeUK hello, I'm considering buying the Xperia 1 Mk. 3 when it's released in the UK later this month. Will you support WiFi calling, VoLTE, HD Voice, mmWave and full 5G bands and so on at release? Also, any plans to retail the handset?

If you get a call from @ThreeUK about a promotional offer, it’s a scam. You’ll even get a message from “three” saying that they called about a promotional offer. It’s a scam! Put the phone down.

Also, what option do I use on your pathetic customer services number. I hit 4 for other and the 4 options are friggen useless. Seriously, @ThreeUK have you taken onboard the scum baggery of O2, because if you have, god help you.
