@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I’ve signed a 12 months plan (sim only) few hours ago but I wanted to cancel, ur customer service explained all the companies is charging for roaming and you’ll start charging from the 23/5/22, however 02 doesn’t apply extra fees,how can I cancel the contract?

@ThreeUKSupport Wow.. that’s a hard pass from me then. Especially as I don’t see you new-to-customer prices rising in the same way and when my wages don’t even go up by the same rate. Which sucks as I could *really* use the upload speed from a 5G home line 😭
