@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

@ThreeUKSupport very disappointed with this 1day after launch and still no handsets delivered 😞 How to you guy's plan to make up for this ?? surely all customer's affected should be compensated for no receiving a PRE ORDERED Handset until after the release date? Considering another network now

@ThreeUKSupport Having an awful time returning my 4G modem within the 30 day period, as I moved house and they will only send the envelope to my old address. I've been redirected on the phones 4 times to different indian call centres, no-one can help & they say I will be charged

@ThreeUKSupport Your call centre abroad is foul, I have now been transferred over to the finance team three times and each time, have been cut off by your rude customer service. Ridiculous I will now take this up with the Ombudsman Services.
