@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

Why yes @ThreeUKSupport I do know I'm out of contract because I've never been in contract as I have always been a PAYG customer... So I don't really need a text telling me you're going to send me an email to tell me what I already know...
