Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. ๐

They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
