Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

Also told I’d have to request a copy of chat transcripts. The live chat it pointless as I’ve found out over the past few months. Why can’t a manager call?
