    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I FINALLY managed to pay bill yesterday. Maybe tell your telephone operators...if putting you on hold....inform the customer THAT so they don't think they've been cut off!!! Put on hold...line went silent for 2 minutes. 😕

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m beyond annoyed with the service I’ve received. I’m fed up getting my issues getting pushed aside and now to have been hung up on in 2 calls today

    @ThreeUKSupport I did speak to someone and I explained I am having financial difficulties and health issues and they weren’t helpful at all, I have had to agree to an extension which is the only option I was told I had and I’m so upset as this has not helped me at all

    @ThreeUKSupport I have just bought a number over from an another supplier via pac code. Now, when I login, if I use my old temp number it shows my transferred one, but if I try and login with new number it prompts me to register. Should I register again with transferred number ?

    Why won't @ThreeUK allow me to cancel my service? I am out of contract. They think their system problems are good reason not to end my contract. Their network quality is so poor their own agents can't call back to do anything about it. Am i right that I don't have to pay now?
