@ThreeUKSupport You have overcharged me on 3 separate occasions. £2per day for roaming in Europe. -now I am being told that I will have my account downgraded in October. Shockingly bad - the one think that made your network bit is now going to make it smaller

@ThreeUK When using my phone to call via 2G, my voice frequently cuts out. However, using Wi-Fi calling, this is not an issue. Is it possible the masts have a problem?

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely shocking customer service. Nothing ever changes! It shouldn’t take 45 mins to deal with an issue, then cut off the contact. Several time. Bad service all round. Been a customer for years. Not happy! #threemobile

@ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, I am currently on hold with Three. They are refusing to put me through to the complaints department as I no longer know the password. I verified via bank details last week and now I am unable to do anything. Please can someone contact me who is able to help?
