    @Celebalikes @ThreeUKSupport Sounds about right! I just complained about no service and they disappeared for ages then came back and said they'd charge me £300 and cancel the contract for me!! I kept saying no, but they ignored me! Thankfully, they noticed me mention my solicitor!!

    @ThreeUKSupport my home broadband worked for 6 months perfectly in the CM7 area but now you’ve throttled the speed I hardly get any internet at all. You e replaced the box but it’s not that! I want to leave NOW PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS YOUR CUSTOMER SERICE IS USLESS

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK I’ve spent an hour and a half trying to sort your reps mistake and would really appreciate a rapid resolution or three to cancel all of my contract. I’ve literally never had a problem with three until I spoke to them!

    @ThreeUK I signed up yesterday to 5G home Broadband service.. Working fine so far, except will not connect to PlayStation network on PS5 (Will try removing adult content filter today) Why does it fail to work with PlayStation network? Also can I get a static IP?

    @ThreeUKSupport I did thought writing down all of my details would get this resolved quicker, they gave me a phone number to ring, I rang the number they gave me another phone number to ring rang that number and I got back to the same person who told me they can’t help

    @SongMacom @ThreeUK Thanks - found my old GiffGaff account and ordered free SIM and looking at their contracts Just need to check whether WiFi calling on O2 network (GiffGaff are hosted on O2) works with my phones and is enabled on GiffGaff

    @ThreeUKSupport Why would your customer service team, deactivate my account mid conversation whilst on the phone, fully knowing that once they do it, I will have no network. Please send me my PAC code so I don't have to waste any more hours talking to someone in India
