    I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Day 10 with NO service! No one contacted me on day 7 as advised and when I chased for an update I was told to wait a further 14 days! Tried to close my account via the app but it won’t allow me.

    @ThreeUKSupport What kind of provider has online chat and the chat agent ends the conversation because they can't deal with the problem and then makes sure the transcript is blank? Three guesses?
