    When I told @ThreeUKSupport I have no internet or phone to contact so can't use their webchat or phone lines, they suggested making a call over the internet instead of by phone. FFS. I just want the service I'm paying for but apparently that's too much to ask.

    @ThreeUK Your outage in the LD3 area has been going on for days. Its a rural area where there are no land based internet connections - you do realise, there a number of vulnerable people with no comms to the outside world? How much longer?

    @ThreeUK the worst network and customer service. I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall trying to get anywhere with Three. Imagine a mobile company you can't talk to over the phone who will only chat to you through online chat?!

    @MarcWardVideo @ThreeUK I had a similarly bad experience with O2 recently - switched to Sky and so far they're great!

    So I’m up in the hills in the middle of Greece and Iv got full 4G signal, back in the UK at home my signal is that bad I can’t take any calls or texts in certain areas for work due to such bad signal, yet @ThreeUK try and tell me that there is no issues

    @DesertedPIaces_ Yet the 5g network coverage is probably better there than it is in major cities @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I believe Muz may have passed it on as he had training or something according to an email he sent me. I know he was still awaiting clarification from the warehouse to see if they had received it from the branch. How do I make a complaint for a branch please?

    More than 2 weeks with almost no internet or phone. @ThreeUKSupport 's advice is to contact customer support via webchat or phone. They have failed to see the problem here (clue: I CAN'T GET ONLINE OR MAKE CALLS!). Was promised it would all be fine by end of play Tuesday. Gah.
