    Ok @ThreeUK - now I’m being advised to be connected to the specialist renewals team (?) and ask for the best deal, decline and ask for a PAC. But surely they will just text it too which was the whole issue over an hour ago. Third team lucky, I suppose... #veryunhappycustomer

    @ThreeUK please remind me? What am I paying you for? Internet signal that works year round!!! Do all seasonal places suffer appalling signal, when the influx of tourists arrive. You are in breach of contract, so no payment required? The same thing annually SORT IT OUT 3 MUPPETS.

    @the4ts @ThreeUKSupport Sadly, they were throttling all 3 customers at the festival. I didn't get a signal until I got home. Was too busy anyway bit that was really not on as other networks were getting service.

    @ThreeUKSupport 'My3' is useless can't login cos no matter how many times I get a temp password etc it won't accept it. Direct Debit is no good for paying a bill now nor is paying by post.

    So still having trouble getting myself identified as the @ThreeUK account holder. Because my iOS device adds attachments in to the body of the email #ThreeUK keep rejecting my proofs leaving me no alternative but to make a complaint now to the ombudsman and turn nasty.

    @ThreeUK have the stupidest website in the world My phone isn't recognising it's sim card, which means no calls or texts However, it is *impossible* to log into my account section on the site to talk to someone without recieving an SMS Utterly stupid design implementation
