@ThreeUK your service has become absolutely shocking! What is the point of paying for a contract when the phone doesn’t work most of the time to make calls or send texts and the phone has to be connected to Wi-Fi to work? Please sort it out. This has been months!

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, you clearly aren't getting the point here. The device I ordered (iphone 12 128GB) hasn't been in stock for weeks according to your customer service team. Yet its still available on the website and I was told to expect it yesterday.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Holly, I’ve already been through this with the customer service team. My options are: accept that the connection is bad but at least the contract is cheap; or pay more to another provider and have usable internet.

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Flip3 is a brilliant little device. I love snapping it shut after I've been on one of my weekly calls to your customer service line in an attempt to get updated regarding the 21 day blackout of cell service in my neighborhood. Thankfully SIM was easy to swap for a working network
