They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...     @ThreeUK complaining on CS I NEED to cancel my son's contract THAT I AM the account holder off.But you can't seem to allow me access with your ridiculous security The phone is OFF so I won't get the TEXT if I call him and ask for the email code I have to end the call.šŸ¤¬šŸ¤¬šŸ¤¬

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @ThreeUK So after 8 minutes of dialing over and over again, going through all the automated options, including having the line disconnected twice, I am finally through to someone. Let's see if they can resolve the issue, as there should be no bill to pay, but Three want Ā£350!
