@MrMKimber @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK OMG I had the WORST experience with Virgin Media. It was weeks of actual tears and tearing hair out. It was absolutely horrific. The ended up paying my Sky bill for a couple of years after the saga!

@ThreeUKSupport So now it's a week since ordering. I am now having to pay an extra month for my current contract. Had the phone been in time I'd have only lost out on a week of service paid for. Now we re-begin the countdown on how much I'm losing out on. Costing me @SamsungHelpUK

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I know what it’s like to cry with rage at stuff like that. I took out a contract with Virgin last year, and before the service even began I begged them to let me leave. I know I’m biased but the Sky customer service has been far superior.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. I’ve been into the router settings and can’t see any facility to drop from 4 to 3G. Also not sure how that is going to increase speed and stability. The router is currently reading at a signal strength of -105 dBm which is considerably outside the expectation.
