    @ThreeUKSupport I am struggling with your customer service department who don’t understand that I haven’t used my three device or sim in years -‘d want it cancelled -I am getting no where. I was told on the phone that I am unable to be put through to any UK representative. Help?

    @ThreeUKSupport any issues in SE13 area? Download has dropped to 5mbps, upload seems to be fine though at around 25mbps. Multiple restarts yeild no improvement.

    @ThreeUKSupport You have overcharged me on 3 separate occasions. £2per day for roaming in Europe. -now I am being told that I will have my account downgraded in October. Shockingly bad - the one think that made your network bit is now going to make it smaller

    @ThreeUKSupport Really? So I must now waste more of my time by contacting three via phone/chat. I was on the phone for 27min on 15 aug where they assured me the problem was fixed. I’m going round in circles here!Sending generic replies and forwarding us to your ‘contact us’ page is useless

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I had spoken to 3 on 2 occasions, not only me that had issues, Zara Sultana MPm @zarahsultana brought it to your attention. In the last 10 minutes the block has been removed , again …….. 👍
