    @scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Worst part Rob, they recycle and give away your number to somebody else after few months but will refuse to port it back or sell it back to you This is a huge privacy issue which @ofcom doesn't seem to care

    @ThreeUK can anyone help me I’ve. Called customer service they told me to ask in store, the young girl in store couldn’t help my app doesn’t work I ope. The app sign in It says welcome Marc account closed the store checked my account is still active, I can’t view bills .

    @PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

    @ThreeUK WTH is this new system on 3+? If you save a Caffè Nero code, you now have to claim it within an hour? What?! We save these codes so we can use them when it’s convenient for us NOT within a 1hr window. Fix it! #threeplus #threenetwork #three
