    @ThreeUK I’ve had no calls or mobile data on 2 business lines since mid-Feb 2026. Multiple contacts, SIM & eSIM changes, still unresolved. Formal complaint sent 12 March – no acknowledgement received. This is now a serious business impact. Please escalate urgently

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days? Three - Yes Me -

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please explain why your signal is rubbish in TN33 0XX it was so good but now it’s awful. I pay for a service. If you can’t deliver I will cancel my contract and go elsewhere

    @jamesma34307397 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to customer service and they kept trying to say it’s an issue with my phone and wouldn’t listen when I said other family members on three in the house are having the same problem.
