@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I’ve moved my broadband away from Vodafone as it was useless kept dropping out several times a day and customer service was non existent . I’ve had my mobile with three since 2010 . In my experience they have sorted out any problems quickly and with no fuss thankfully

@ThreeUKSupport They were blindly following the notes from the idiot I had the web hat with who really didn’t have a clue and was not listening . I just need to change my bank details so I don’t get the non-DD charge but it’s clearly a massive operation /2

@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t change to Vodafone. Their customer service is awful! I gave up in the end as I kept going over the same issue with about 10 different people. It was the most frustrating experience! And then they sent me a satisfaction survey. Even giving them 0 no one followed up!
