    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I've been contacting live chat regularly since DECEMBER to try and rectify the constant overcharging on my bill. Your customer service reps are ineffective, patronising and tell downright lies. Do I need to contact the ombudsman?

    @ThreeUKSupport Been trying for two weeks to add an employee & port his number. The store can’t help (no more business in store…) and 337 is beyond incompetent & frustrating. The 3 store staff were why joined!?!

    @ThreeUKSupport For the record, I have been on live chat with a @ThreeUK representative for an hour and 45 minutes. He has not even come close to resolving my issue (you overcharging me) and is now TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW CONTRACT. I'd call that (and the trojan) pretty bad service, amiright?

    @ThreeUKSupport 5G mobile broadband seems to be down in North London N22. Router says connected with 100% signal for 5G & 4G but nothing is happening. Can’t even open a simple webpage. Have rebooted router. Yes.
