@ThreeUKSupport No that’s what I’m saying. I paid my final bill early, around the 22nd. I received the summary of what I paid yesterday. The bill says I’m in credit (£10) I requested a refund, as it states to do. Now I’m being charged because I forgot to cancel the direct debit. The account…

@ThreeUKSupport I'm currently abroad. My mobile data connection accidently got switched on for between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. Moments later I get a text saying I've reached my £45 limit on roaming charges. This can not be serious?! Can anyone help me with this?!

@ThreeUKSupport could you please improve wifi signal in Cornwall/Newquay area? There’s always slow service or if I game it constantly lags out. Not worrying paying all this money for if it can’t be used properly…

  • BARMM_UK F4AMM (@BARMM_UK) reported

@ThreeUKSupport No phone signal in CH3 which is very uncommon for me. Are you having service issues in the area? 3 broadband also down. No joy with rebooting devices either. Your website has had the same message for months now about engineers working so can’t believe that.

  • RedLadelStory RedLadelStory (@RedLadelStory) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t get my existing Three contract as eSim and your customer services have not provided an explanation for why. I have been with Three for 16 years and will be cancelling my plan and moving to a provider that prioritises staying current with mobile technology.
