    Right @ThreeUK you have until the end of February (the 23rd my birthday to be exact) to let the newest Apple Watch work on your network otherwise I'm leaving to be with a network that actually works. You keep promising you'd add the Apple Watch but it's still not available.

    Really can’t knock @ThreeUK customer service but I joined the service provider due to there incredible roaming offers, which at the time were unprecedented. I therefore requested to leave this morning and they are reconsidering there roaming stance. I have therefore signed (1/2)

    @ThreeUK In November when my 12-month contract expired and I engaged with customer support you managed to persuade me to remain as PAYG. Turns out, you've taken money from my bank account and I'm still on PAYM. Do you think you can rectify or should I start a chargeback?

    @ThreeUKSupport He just said he'd make a note of this, put the holding music on, then it hung up. Apart from the awful experience so far I'm more worried you've got my 3 SIM deals completely wrong

    @ThreeUK my phone says I have 4G / 5G however I literally can’t even send a WhatsApp or receive a phone call. This is disgusting service what if someone was in danger ? What am I even paying for?
