@ThreeUKSupport At least 12 months. I have tweeted before. Not just 3. Fellow colleagues have the same issues on different networks. I would go so far as to say there is equipment blocking the signal, that’s how bad it is

@ThreeUK And I bet she isn’t even a Three customer 🙄 And us Three customers that have been there since the start (and I mean the start - I had an NEC e616!) what do we get? “I can’t offer you that contract, new customers only. I can give you a discount on a second SIM card though.” What.

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, you clearly aren't getting the point here. The device I ordered (iphone 12 128GB) hasn't been in stock for weeks according to your customer service team. Yet its still available on the website and I was told to expect it yesterday.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I was connected to the t-mobile network and yes my calls were working fine until this evening. Now it says t-mobile is unavailable. When I do a manual search it finds t-mobile, but when I try to connected it says sim card can't connect to this network.

@ThreeUKSupport I've tried restarting my phone, taking the sim card out to make sure its in correctly and even putting my phone on airplane mode for awhile. None of this works. I can reconnect to AT&T network which let's me send texts and use the Internet, but I can no longer make calls.

@ThreeUK @SamsungUK Flip3 is a brilliant little device. I love snapping it shut after I've been on one of my weekly calls to your customer service line in an attempt to get updated regarding the 21 day blackout of cell service in my neighborhood. Thankfully SIM was easy to swap for a working network
