@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Also fix the goddamn mobile network issue at RG31 6FR Purley area. It’s been nearly two months!!!! since we have issues with network - no towers shown or just one tower most of the time. Been missing important calls and text. Seriously!!! Come on!!!😡😡😡😡😡

@ThreeUK so if I pay for mobile broadband service for when I’m holiday in France. Top up £125 as directed by Three. The service didn’t work at all so I asked for my money back. Three are advising that as it’s a pay as you go account you are not entitled to a refund! #threescam

@ThreeUKSupport I had a 3 number which I switched to 02, now I want to come back to Three and the customer support said that I need to sign a contract. That I can't stay at pay as you go! I DON'T WANT a contract, why are you guys forcing me to do that?

Even though it arrived damaged, they say use Google's warranty. Contacted Google, they won't replace and should use the non-existent warranty from the carrier. The phone is less than a week old and came broken. @ThreeUK @GoogleUK Contact me please as this needs resolving.
