    @ThreeUKSupport hello, me, my wife and neighbours are having issues with low speed/failing 3G, 4g and poor reception for 5 days now. Since ever We’re used to get full bar reception but now only 1 or 2. Can you tell me what is happening and when it will be fixed? London Se12

    @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting for a reply.. Still pathetic service and still want a refund for a service I bought and cannot use. You can't go around selling something thay doesn't work.

    @Mr_Bluue007 @ThreeUKSupport Did you have to wait until the end of your contract to change? My husband had recommended them as he had no problems before 😫 I was with Tesco mobile for years with no issues!

    Just had a reminder from @ThreeUK that my billing cost is increasing. I'd also like to remind them that I will be leaving them soon unless they sort out the signal issues and give me some value for money.

    @ThreeUKSupport ok, I have been messaging for a month!! Still service issues showing in my area ! No 4g broadband for a month despite being told would be fixed 3 weeks ago! Disgraceful, I work from home, on the brink of losing my job because of this !!!!
