@ThreeUKSupport Since I topped up on Saturday, I've had no data on my phone, it says 'Sign In To Network.' Therefore your Cust Serv IVR sending me a link to resolve the issue is utterly pointless. I want a call back from a real person!

My iPhone died last night, my whole life is on it. Thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for cancelling my sim as I'm abroad so I can't get download my apps on my crap android phone as security comes via sms, thats so helpfully brilliant. Sat at a repair shop but not holding out much hope.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes you texted me, that was all fine the issue I have now is I can't receive any SMS to reset security on my apps as I'm abroad for the next 5 weeks
