@ThreeUK why do I have issues with 3 when using 4G? I have WiFi cameras I can’t connect to unless I switch to 3G and the same goes for Sky Go. On 4G it won’t work. Has to be WiFi or 3G (unless I use a VPN)

@ThreeUKSupport The app this morning said she could only use go roam in the UK and to call customer services. We called customer services between 8am and 9.30am and it kept saying there were technical difficulties and to go to the app - which wasn’t working.

@alice_fearn @Jamesontweets @ThreeUK Gotcha. IIRC last time I saw Come From Away (although it's been too long, and I'm thinking we're running out of time!) the auditorium is underground? If so you'll probably struggle to get signal from any network without clever tricks on the theatre's part...

@ThreeUKSupport Still nothing from @ThreeUK regarding sorting the sim problem that they “want to rule out” despite “hopping on the links” So @ThreeUKSupport are you going to solve the issue or shall I take my business elsewhere?

@ThreeUKSupport I checked with my local branch to ensure roaming was turned on. They checked my phone and my modem and told me both were enabled for roaming. My plan started in April 2022. I had the same problem at Easter with the modem in Berlin.

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK I’m with EE and I’ve never had any problems with signal in central London! Slightly more expensive but their customer service is good & any issues I’ve had are dealt with promptly x
