    Anybody thinking of using “3 Mobile” for network service - my phones been unable to make calls or receive calls or voicemail .. all day ! (Just back now) Not a word or text from @ThreeUK !! Texts from others ! Unable to ring them OR get to talk to someone online !! Think again !

    @ThreeUK When this is all sorted, and your network actually works again, is it safe to assume that your ‘compensation’ offer will be Bill Total divided by days in the Month, multiplied by Number of Days Network was down, and no consideration will be given to the impact of it?

    @ThreeUK Small number of text messages? How about all text messages and voice calls NOT WORKING ALL DAY - any incoming calls are missed as they won’t arrive via third party apps. @ThreeUK what about compensation? I’ve potentially missed medical calls today. Not good enough.
