    @ThreeUK Part 1. Absolutely unbelievable! I have been trying for WEEKS to have a useful conversation with someone to cancel my contract due to the fact that your side of the contract is not being upheld as my signal is diabolical! & has been for MONTHS

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I’ve repeated this already a 100 times to everyone at customer service and if you work for three how can you not have access to my chat history or my account ?? Last year in October my contract was expired and I made an upgrade but instead somehow ended up with two contracts

    @munnsey134 @ThreeUKSupport I've got the same problem keep fobbing me telling me I need to chat to customer service but theres no one there through the link. They just tell me they're and to keep trying. I've been trying to chat to someone since 13th Feb. Appalling service.
