    Should I feel insulted because 20 plus days with signal issues I made a complaint got on the phone with them finally and all they offered me was 1 gigabyte of data as a sorry after paying 70 pound on a service I can't use at home @Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK very disappointed, has been on the call 50 minutes still not sure what they doing, looks like no-one knows. Very bad experience for me, poor customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport when are you going to fix the service in the SE13 area? It's been spotty for weeks. Your service is utter garbage and I wish I'd never signed up.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with signal in my area? I've had poor or no signal since Friday. When I've had to verify log ins with a text code,nothing comes through and when it does the link has expired. Its very frustrating. I can't log into my uni profile to access work

    @GerryMcBride I had this phone the day it came out. I bought it in the UK - the network @ThreeUK has it on offer for £49 as long as I kept it on their network. Was a sweeeet deal.
