@ThreeUKSupport It just stopped working, not damaged. We are on the phone to Samsung support as I type. I'm just very upset Three who we bought the phone from two days ago told us she is basically out of luck.

@ThreeUKSupport That may be the case but it will still make some people rightfully wary of Three's approach to security. It's rather unprofessional from a large company especially when it's a quick and free issue to fix. Also, the coverage checker where you put in your postcode isn't encrypted.

@ThreeUKSupport I've given up trying to.login to the three app. It says I have an account but doesn't recognise password. I reset a new password and it won't let me verify the account. You make this so hard. I havent the time to waste on it. Vodafone was do much easier

@ThreeUK my phone signal is so bad I can’t make or receive calls. Neither can my daughters. I am paying for 3 phone lines that basically don’t work. I’ve complained via customer services but nothing happens. Please can someone do something?
