    @ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.

    @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.

    @ThreeUK dont bother with this company, if you have a device plan, if you set up agreements, you pay the agreement an dthe this months device plan online in one go, you still fail the agreement somehow and still owe last months bill, clown company, i was with them since 2008 gonna leave

    @ThreeUKSupport you are obstructing us leaving your failing Internet service. Your Indian "help" centre has hung up calls & kept me on endless hold. Obstructing cancellation is contrary to OFCOM regulatory requirements. Reading this? Then avoid 3!
