    @ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?

    Thank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve

    @ThreeUKSupport why is the service so crap I’ve been having problems for about two weeks now it’s ridiculous Birmingham area it just hit and miss

    I've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!

    @robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

    @ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning. @ThreeUK

    @PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.
