    @ThreeUKSupport Three seem more than able to communicate with the Debt Recovery agency. But not able to assist with a customer complaint. Customer has been with three for over 10 years.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, no help. You just check my postcode everytime and tell me there are no current issues. The first week of my contract I was receiving around 300mpbs but for the last few months I haven't achieved 1mbps?

    @ThreeUKSupport please explain why you are refusing to let my partner return a phone that he received as damaged. He received the phone on the 14th and didn’t open it until now because he has been at work and now he can’t return or cancel the contract. This is not acceptable

    @SMARTYMobileUK Why are you billing me for not one, but two numbers I transferred away over a month ago ?! Your support team claim to have refunded over a week ago, and confirmed the plan is cancelled but no refund and still showing plan as active. Chargeback incoming @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport No, I just keep being told it has been processed but it never comes. It was for a cancelled order, £49. The order was cancelled November 11th

    Ended a @ThreeUK contract cause of extremely poor connection service. Was promised multiple times no fees would occur after phone lines test came back. Now been charged 633£ for termination fee. After hours on the phone & 6 transfers no one can help! @ThreeUK please sort it out!
