@AndrewS01250914 @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for sharing this! I’m having the same issue, the new router is making my 3rd and 4th gen echo dots not connect. Everything else (including 2nd gen dot) all working fine! Tried new dots, connecting the dots to other networks, even a replacement B353!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi customers go to other network providers. They will get the PAC code for you. 3 don't give you. They will waste your time and energy and they charge you. Their service is very bad don't believe them.

@charlietewson @ThreeUKSupport No problem! I hope Three look into it, but doubt they will given their silence on the issue. I really don't understand why they don't connect. It's not just us either. There's a thread on "Money Saving Expert" about it as well. You'll find it if you Google.

@charlietewson @ThreeUKSupport If you want to "pair" the Dots for stereo sound, the Guest network won't work as the Dots can't "see" each other on the Guest network. You can pull the power from the B535 and set your Hotspot to the same name/password as the 535, connect the Dots, turn Hotspot off and 535 on.

@xTradeToken @ThreeUK The company won't know your service doesn't work. It's highly unlikely that your service doesn't work. And you're charged because you are contracted to pay for it.
