    And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

    I am trying to cancel a phone contract. Your live chat keeps kicking me out as soon as I tell them that I don't want a "better deal". Why won't you let me cancel this? Surely this isn't legal? @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.
