@ThreeUKSupport I ordered a 24GB data sim & free data sim last Monday, estimated delivery 25 Nov but got nothing. Spoke to a customer adviser yesterday, said it will be with me today & gave me a tracking number that’s not working, no email/text updates either. Can you help?

@ThreeUK Here's one from Wednesday. No WiFi, which is through 3, no signal on phone or 4G. A lot of money, I am paying you for no service. Today I am going to try a different provide. We will talk Monday about contract issued.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport things are bad when I need to resort to Twitter, been waiting on phone to customer service for 49 mins . How come I agreed a new contract on 23 Nov and today get a letter suggesting my contract is more than 4 times what I signed up for?

What is going on with #Three? No signal, to full signal then back to no signal. Same with the WiFi. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. @ThreeUK Ct19 area what is happening? As I am close to losing my ****.

@ThreeUK the worst phone operator to get. If you want to change even the dumbest option you will be thrown in a loop of infinite procedures that neither the @ThreeUKSupport can help you with, because there are maybe 5 people dealing with hundreds of customers. Well done #3

@ThreeUKSupport I have no account with you. I went on your website to order a payg sim for my ipad, filled in all my contact details making sure my contact prefs were set to nothing. But I never checked out as I found it cheaper elsewhere. That's when the calls started

@ThreeUK I can't believe that as a long time existing customer to upgrade 4 days early you want me to pay £24.06 but to leave is £8.82 so I will be leaving then.
