    @ThreeUKSupport hello, can you help? Out of the blue this morning I have lost access to the three network. There isn't any network problems in my area. I have updated my handset. I have had the phone off and on numerous times. Removed the sim card. Still having no luck.

    @ThreeUKSupport The previous £700 that was stolen and I was promised a half refund never happened, I'd advise anyone thinking of taking a contract out with 3 to stay away as once they've taken your money without your permission they just wash their hands of the problem

    Loyal customers for over 12years do not matter for @ThreeUK phone deal is cheaper for new customers than it is to upgrade! Upgraded online 2weeks ago, order was never processed as suddenly offer expired but all confirmation emails received!False marketing @Ofcom @TradeStandards

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sammie spoke to 3 earlier. They said the phone was sent back to 3 earlier in December and now they say phone is not available. Reverted to original contract and will cancel when I find a better service provider
