0.12Mbps 4G speeds. Not able to call properly, texts taking 5 mins to send and data unable to stream 144p. Phoned @ThreeUK and nothing was done. Called them today to say I have a new contract and I'm leaving. My signal is now strong. How convenient. 🤔 #poorcustomerservice

  • reidsy29 Frisko (@reidsy29) reported

@ThreeUKSupport But can you help me out of this contract please ?

@ThreeUK My dad who is also a @ThreeUK customer says this frequently happens to him too. That’s it, I’m switching mobile operators. If you can’t operate phone CALLS reliably then you have failed as a mobile operator. Doesn’t matter how cheap or fast your internet is

  • XrpNufcFanRich Richard (@XrpNufcFanRich) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Haha yeah I've tried that a few times and again just now. Same issue. Mobile data is switched on also. I'll leave it a few hours and if same prob will get back in touch.
