    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Noor,still no good. We have a connection but less than 1mbps.our phones are 3 network and are exactly the same, must be an issue with the mast?

    @ThreeUKSupport No, there is no option for forgetting the network. I can only manually switch to T-Mobile for about 5 minutes before it always reverts back to AT&T.
