  @ThreeUK no 5g for nearly 2 wks in our area, despite living 20m from a mast. Whole area affected, but you continue to deny there is a problem. It is now impossible to WFH as the service is so poor, and £4.60 compensation. Lost the will to live with your terrible customer service

  Just joined the @EE network and im.struggling to turn off the adult content filter. This is very frustrating and not easy to figure out. Im thinking of cancelling and going back to @ThreeUK

  Hi @ThreeUKSupport my dads lives in RG2 7hw postcode and can only use his mobile internet. Is there a problem with internet as it's taking ages to receive messages and can't call etc as it cuts out.

  @ThreeUKSupport I had a 4g router for my son that he no longer uses. I want to cancel but I don’t know the 07 number to talk to customer svcs. Please help me speak to someone.
