@ThreeUKSupport I can't top up a new PAYG sim by card, on the website or in the app. Can't buy a data pack directly either. I just get "Sorry, we're having some technical issues right now.". Last night and just now too. Known issue?

@ThreeUKSupport how do I register for an account online? The Login/Register link seems to assume I’m already registered and asks for my email and password (in separate steps too which is VERY annoying). How do I register a new account?

I regret leaving @ThreeUK in some ways. Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not a sim issue or a phone issue, your network is just crap. My partner is also on 3 (we foolishly both switched over last year) and she has the exact same problems. Just got disconnected from a FaceTime with her due to poor connection while both using 4G. Absolute joke

@lukeredpath @ThreeUKSupport It's as bad as buying domains - remember 1p domains, when the total, somehow, never came to less than £25?!
