@ThreeUKSupport Was I supposed to know this? It's litterally piracy! I was transitting between the UK and France which is a Go Roam destination. As far as I am aware, there is no other country in between them. How is it possible that you hook me with this network without notifying me first?

@kellielizabeth @ThreeUK It’s like £5 a day to use your phone as normal in the US now it’s so dumb. Luckily there’s wifi everywhere but if you’re without signal and don’t know where you are it’s a little scary!

@ThreeUKSupport Well, todays the day that the 3 network team said work would be complete and normal speed internet restored. nPerf full test gave up on the streaming test. Couldn’t even start a 720 video never mind a 1080 Average spd 1.47mbps. Useless. Time to move provider.

@ThreeUKSupport @Bagpus I see a trend here. Three send a letter promising a refund but don't process it unless the customer chases it up. This happened with my wife's refund as well. It's too common to be one off mistake. Naughty naughty
