    @ThreeUKSupport - well you were very quick when I praised your sales service. I'm really struggling now. Sim card not operating on my phone. Phone says SIM card not supported iPhone 6sPlus... I've spoken to 2 helpful people and they were putting me through to Billing, cut off x 2

    @ThreeUK Why is it that my phone gets a great connection at home, but my 3 broadband is so slow that I can't even load sites. It's down to kbps fairly regularly. I've moved the router, restarted it, and factory reset. My phone's over the data limit because BB doesn't work 😤

    @BryanFoss @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Good luck with that! 5 years of it and 5 letters, endless calls I’m STILL waiting to have an answer that’s not an automated letter back! Even had debt collectors for 2months worth of payment after cancelling it for a 2nd time and deciding to cancel DD, Disgusting customer service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport has to be the WORSE customer service I've experienced. A WHOLE HOUR waiting on LIVE CHAT, for someone to respond to my question. Paid for DATA this morning and STILL not registered on my phone. TERRIBLE, Terrible service. 😡
