@ThreeUKSupport I can’t access my my3 account, because the wrong email has been put in for it, please can I update this? I’ve tried emailing and live chat and the response is always “just sign in to My3...”

  • DaveLunn68 Dave Lunn (@DaveLunn68) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel a contract, which my son was using and he sadly passed away 2 months ago. Been told because the contract is in my name (as it has been since he first had a phone), will cost me £1k+ to cancel!

I went to the @ThreeUK store to find out why I was getting absolutely abysmal coverage and H+ all over. 'they are probably improving the masts' he guessed. 'All over town?'.. 'What are you getting?' I asked 'H+?'. 'I'm on @ee'. Of course he is. It isn't ****. Says it all really.

@ThreeUKSupport Lees, Watersheddings, Sholver, Moorside, Waterhead, Greenacres, Clarksfield, Mumps, St Mary's, Town centre. It's every postcode in OL1 and OL4. And no, it has been h+ in every area. In Sholver, there is Zero signal each time I go. Glad it's only a backup sim and not main one.

Thanks to the brilliant @ThreeUKSupport who made me reset my network settings and now I’ve lost all my wifi passwords. Goodbye Three. You idiots.

  • ryanprout Ryan Prout (@ryanprout) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my home broadband has hardly been working since Friday evening (Bristol BS7 area). Network status checker has showed the same 'fixing an issue' message since then but I'm wondering when this work will be complete as it's pretty problematic working from home?

  • natania79 Natania (@natania79) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Scott, I just finished the chat with an advisor who assured me that credit will be applied. I would JUST like to know when will the service resume - so, my close ones don't worry that they can't get hold of me.. There must be a deadline? Do I wait or find another provider?

  • glcsandy Sandy (@glcsandy) reported

@ThreeUK #3@ThreeUK #Threeuk not had signal for 5 days now and told it should be fixed in 3 days time. Shocking service. £6 compensation is a joke. We have 3 three devices. So you will loose 3 customers. I wouldn't recommend.

  • deliaapitu Delia Anastasia Pitu (@deliaapitu) reported

@ThreeUKSupport i regret so much renewing my contract with you. You have the worst customer service possible. It’s an absolute joke…
