    @tsetse97 Glad you found a solution. We bought a sim with @ThreeUK Its data worked in the US with no extras. Coverage wasn't great however, and we were limited to 3G.

    @ThreeUKSupport The 4G signal is never great in Fort William (even though I know friends who get 5G) but in recent weeks even 4G is dire - as in not even usable speeds.

    @ThreeUK follows. Every time I have been given assurance that I will get bag and return the device. A new request will be raised and a bag will be delivered. To my surprise, I have not received it to the date. Please collect and use it wisely for another customer 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, honestly thank you for your time to reply. I just don’t get the confusion with my phone line, I’ve got customer service and complaints trying to con me into agreeing into new things, I’ve asked for a deadlock letter three times and been denied it. It’s exhausting :(
