    @tsetse97 Glad you found a solution. We bought a sim with @ThreeUK Its data worked in the US with no extras. Coverage wasn't great however, and we were limited to 3G.

    @ThreeUKSupport On the phone a couple of times yesterday and today. Did a few resets etc and today internet is OK. Told to record when internet is poor and phone back next week.

    Nearly 1 week now @ThreeUKSupport with no broadband, keep being fed absolute BULL from you saying you've identified the fix, so where is this fix?? I've had no one call me from your complaints team either after I was told they'd call me.. cancel my contract or fix the issue!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport She has contacted DPD multiple times and had got nowhere. They say it was delivered but the ship say it wasn’t. The QR code shows nothing. She wants to cancel her account and go elsewhere. But apparently can’t and you’ve now cut her off.
