@tsetse97 Glad you found a solution. We bought a sim with @ThreeUK Its data worked in the US with no extras. Coverage wasn't great however, and we were limited to 3G.

@ThreeUKSupport The 4G signal is never great in Fort William (even though I know friends who get 5G) but in recent weeks even 4G is dire - as in not even usable speeds.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, you have bars of service and it doesn’t work. Mobile data the 100gb I’m paying for doesn’t work in most places. When I call for help it’s always the same troubleshooting methods everyone does. Need to speak to someone bigger I’m the department.

@ThreeUK your network has been completely unacceptable for the last couple of days. I'm not even getting 4G at times in my area and just recently lost complete network! I thought switching to Three would be for the better but it seems I'm about to be proven wrong!

Advice - never choose 3 mobile... shocking just how bad the service is.. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport , no internet all day on home 4g or mobile phones.. how can anyone work from home or do school work - such poor service - question is when can i cancel?!
