Honestly losing my **** with @ThreeUKSupport

  • NRManc Neil (@NRManc) reported

@techandy @ThreeUK Agree. The main reasons I’ve stayed has been the Go Roam offer. Needless to say as soon as my contract is up I’ll be moving to a provider who is able to assemble the words “customer” and “service” into a meaningful sentence rather than untrained offshore staff

  • PemPem_x PemPem (@PemPem_x) reported

@ThreeUK been having terrible signal issues all week. What’s going on ??

  • paula_jst Paula Sears Talpaert (@paula_jst) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Everytime I enter my road my phone signal goes. Hit and miss in my house if the person on other end can hear me. Have reported before. Each time told you are aware of the problem and it’s being sorted. Ok for couple of days then back to square one. Why?

  • blythering Barry the Brexiteer (@blythering) reported

@KayBurley @ThreeUK Used to be a customer. No chance I would be again

  • MrNoyj MrNoyj (@MrNoyj) reported

@KayBurley @ThreeUK Unrelated largely, but three were shite with their customer service and general competence several years ago - encouraging my switch to o2. The end.

  • Leahronny John Merriott Chard (@Leahronny) reported

@KayBurley @ThreeUK Remember when Martin Lewis of Moneysaving shot down remoaner liar, LBC's O'Boring, stating only a very few use the GB Allowance, and other users of the network would be shelling out for those users? We know remoaners like using others' money..!

  • Colzoss Colin Hudson (@Colzoss) reported

@KayBurley @ThreeUK The benefits just never end...

  • Wrongfulconvic6 Wrongful conviction (@Wrongfulconvic6) reported

@The_Gypsy_Jew @ThreeUKSupport I have never had a contract phone since back in the day. I bought the phone outright and top it up £10 every 2 months. I am attached to WiFi work, uni, even the city has free WiFi. Do not ever get a contract phone.
