    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes and I even checked with the Sysadmin of the mail server. No mail from Three has arrived. I suddenly have no service. I tried all the resets and reboots but there is no change. I can’t check my billing because I can’t log in.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been charged for a contract I've canceled months ago. I now live abroad and checked my UK account and even though I spoke to customer care to cancel the contract has been coming off my account. I can't call customer call due to being abroad.
