@JoeMerrick @ThreeUKSupport They will ask for your full postcode and then try different things like resetting network settings, restart the phone and stuff like that. Eventually they will tell you it’s congestion. Prepared to have your time wasted

@ThreeUKSupport are the worst. Waiting 5 days for a phone they said would be here on Wednesday, then told me it’ll be here Thursday. Then told me it’ll be here today. Instead of lying to your customers just actually tell them the truth
