    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport It wasn’t a final bill I had the phone 2 days and sent it back so I shouldn’t be getting billed for anything I’ve raised the issue 5 times with your customer service online chat and via phone and still nothing keep getting txt messages from CRS saying I owe three £106

    @ThreeUK are you aware your three recycle website doesn't work properly to let people claim the additional £170 trade in value after buying a flag ship s21 ultra. Could you at least confirm you are aware of the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport Contract began on early 2017 & there wasn’t a delay on bill payments even for once. Then when it came to closing account due to leaving the UK for good, send few more bills for unused service. End up forced to pay for not being available at my UK address to receive mail in bills!
