@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@Mobile_Dom @ThreeUK Did they **** it up, or did they just ensure they had complete and utter control over it? SIM cards inherently can be shared, swapped around, sold as-is, etc, whereas eSIM hands back control to a carrier. It's honestly probably intentional.

@ThreeUKSupport It says that my sim does not allow connection to the network. I can't get into My3 account as it's trying to send a text with the 6 digit login code, but I can't receive texts. This has happened before so I made a point of speaking to various people at 3 to ensure it was fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport Iv already reached out MULTIPLE times over the phone, email and your online complaints with NO RECTIFICATION and lies after lies from your customer service reps. Its been on-going for 3 MONTHS and iv already got him a different contract with @O2 and your still trying to charge me
