    Hey @ThreeUK your support centre has been hacked. People keep asking me to prove who I am. Funny thing is they can't prove who they are. Why do you need to see my passport? you don't know who I am anyway?

    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Netflix down here too, plus 4G coverage has been really patchy since the start of the year. Issues already logged on the helpline but not fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ellieeggleston Three network has gone to **** recently! Signal really poor and now Apple Music isn’t working for me! Upgrade soon and unless this gets sorted sharpish I won’t be upgrading with @ThreeUK
