    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @scotrayd @ThreeUKSupport Hello, try updating both phones to iOS 15.5, wiping the new one and trying to transfer again. Plug them both in and out via Three make sure you’re on a stable network connection.

    @ThreeUKSupport What if I connect to a network without using it at all? So you’re saying I need to have my phone set to airplane mode?! Can’t receive calls or texts without paying £2 per day?? Your text says the charge is to unlock my UK allowances, not to connect to the network.
