@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

Their network management is appalling and their customer services is the worst yet management worry about sponsoring sport and TV programmes instead of their customers

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I just left a review but didn't leave the account number. I was paying 30+ a month for what was basically 56k speeds. No, I'm not exaggerating. I couldn't watch 144 p videos on yt some days. It was that bad. 😭 I'm going back to sky.
