@ThreeUKSupport no matter where I am, I'm getting very poor 4g or no internet connection. Got a new phone, but same problems. I've reset everything, including internet settings. What else can I do? Or are you just getting worse on 4G?

@ThreeUKSupport So the only way is get sim for a new network a pac code from 3 put the different network sim in the mobile enter the pac code and then a new sim from 3 the pac code from the new network and then put the pac code in the new 3 sim'd phone?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi I just got a new Sim but can’t find my new number. I haven’t inserted it into my phone yet but need the number so I can request to keep my old number. Would you be able to help? Also I tried calling customer services but couldn’t get through to a human
