    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    Hey @ThreeUK your support centre has been hacked. People keep asking me to prove who I am. Funny thing is they can't prove who they are. Why do you need to see my passport? you don't know who I am anyway?

    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    @franb234 @ThreeUKSupport Its bad i have problems with my heart and a history of epileptic seizures and an 8 year old if i needed to ring 999 i’m done for … i think because this has happened before recently its time to switch networks and i don’t think three should make us pay the rest of the contracts

    @ThreeUK My data is not working normally. If i turn airplane mode on and off it comes on for about 30 seconds then goes again. I have no voice, text or data.
