@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been on phone twice more and partially resolved but still not fully. A call back was booked for today and called wrong phone. It’s been a catalogue of errors and I can’t get through to customer complaints either.

@spanishgeo @speedfox_uk @ThreeUKSupport I’m on a 12 month rolling contract with them until the end of May but will be leaving then. They royally screwed over all their customers doing this. It’s 2022 ffs, we are going back in time!! They never used to charge to use data in the US for example so why suddenly now? A CON!
