    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport once again 4G can't be used, no connection to 4G data services. 3G working fine.... But I shouldn't need to force 3G when the network is being poor, your transmitter should be automatically making the switch.

    Unpleasant experience with @ThreeUK Their new policy(I was just informed by them today) using the roaming for two months top abroad, sucks. They informed me after I renew the service with no extension for the paid month or refund. Choose @TheO2 @VodafoneUK

    What gives, @ThreeUKSupport? No consistent Mifi for over a week now but you expect me to consistently pay you the same amount of money a month? Is this still a "known issue"?
