@ThreeUK since you lied to us about never introducing roaming charges, I expect we can terminate our contracts for free? Who do we contact to do this

@ThreeUKSupport All sorted, yet more false advertising was the cause of the issue. Not only do you list phones you don't sell, you also promise next day delivery when it is actually a 48hr service!

@ThreeUKSupport I can confirm: I had to turn off “iCloud Private Relay” before I could access the Data Passport webpage. Please let your support staff know that this is the case.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, it appears to be a problem with iOS 15 beta, that has your website think I’m on WiFi when I’m not. Likely the new privacy protection, I’ve not figured out yet how to disable it.

@ThreeUKSupport No, nothing has helped so far. Even on our phones the only way we can get signal is by leaving our street and walking 100 metres into a better signal area.

@ThreeUKSupport But this is an ongoing problem guys, take a look at the history of problems in the area and you’ll see it’s quite extensive, you’ve only supposedly fixed the last problem and there is another one !

@ThreeUKSupport Switching from PAYG Three to Three Contract. Have had to contact on 5 occasions now including CustRelations twice. Very disappointing service. Mid morning today finally appears to have been sorted

@ThreeUKSupport I’m getting towards the end of my 24 month contract for home broadband but how come I keep getting emails offering me a great deal as an existing customer at £22/month (24 month) when the website offers the same at £17 for the same? Seems like a **** deal to me!
