@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport @pseudomonas @ThreeUK also cut off my SIM last year without warning while we were in lockdown, despite being in the UK. The only 'support' ws to watch a ****** livestream of one of their sales weasels, who pointed me at a FAQ I had already read. ****** service from a ****** company.

@Uitlander @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I got a text saying "use your phone within the UK by [date] to avoid having your service cut off". I did so, and then got told "no, you were supposed to *use it in the UK and not return to Belgium for the rest of the year*, we're cutting your service anyway"

@pseudomonas @ThreeUK Yeah I have noted the 'we never expected you to think that when we said X we meant X and not Y which is what we retrospectively decided we meant instead'. Also the unilateral changing of a contract without your consent.

@ThreeUKSupport Also, your Go Roam service was valid for longer stays *within the EU* when I started my stay here. You changed your ToS in July to make it "only for short travels"
