@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Why is the bottom of Lothian road in Edinburgh a @ThreeUK and @O2 not-spot? I can get a full signal on Three and a good backup on my @Honest_Mobile on O2 but neither will show bus times on the bus app but this works a few hundred metres away.

@ThreeUK honestly, I’ve absolutely had enough of this diabolical network. I’ve upgraded to eSIM, checked settings, latest software update & still sod all! Shambles. As I type this I’m less that 800m from the exchange, 3 bars of 4g (no 5 available) & internet drops in & out

@ThreeUK Why are you hiding the additional roaming limit - which I can't change in the app myself, and customer service won't lower it! For some reason, it's set to £150 and you won't let me lower it! I demand an explanation. It's my account and I'll decide how I spend my money.

Sorry , but @ThreeUK keeps causing problems. How can one have zero connection and still be paying for a service they are not fully receiving .
