@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport The guy said he thinks it’s something on your end, maybe a flag on my account. He then put me in contact with customer support on the phone, then tech support, and that didn’t fix it.

.@ThreeUK Your customer service has become complete shambles. Your website is completely unusable (can't log in at all). By phone I was offered a deal for new customers only with a new number(!), then transferred to 'upgrades' and offered one that turned out not to exist anymore

@ThreeUKSupport Oh I got hold of someone but I have had incorrect charges on my bill but I am still unable to use my phone, I always used to recommend 3 to all my friends and family, never again, I must have been with 3 for nearly 15 years, very sad ending this is
