    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK @O2 @VodafoneUK Thats too late for me. I've just cancelled your home broadband service because it got continually worse, and you had no intention on upgrading. Now you post this. Its like you don't even tell your support what is going on. You are way out of your depth.

    @ThreeUK sick to death of having no signal, sick to death of not getting my sim card requested on 25th December, sick to death of being hung up on several times, sick to death of being promised the sim card and it not arriving, sick to death of your automated system.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been in limbo of not telling anyone my new number incase it went back to my old number and confuse my contacts. Totally inconvenient and I will be making a formal written complaint. In the mean time, I’m going to advise everyone against 3 mobile

    @ThreeUKSupport No... I added a bundle when the WiFi wasn’t working at my work in November but I’m at home now on furlough so need it nor’easter to be paying for it... tried in December and again in January and it won’t cancel... please help!

    @ThreeUK we have planned network outage. I cannot do any work. I've had to leave the area to send this. Can you confirm you'll cover cost of temporary SIM from another provider?

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm less than 300m away from your 5G mast with direct line of sight. The speeds are slow, but if the connection isn't dropped the lag for almost every connection is upwards of 5000ms - frankly unacceptable. I've cancelled the contract. Won't be returning until it's properly fixed
