    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport just bought a PAYG sim to try signal before moving contract. Only 1 bar 3G indoors at SP4 7XX. iPhone Xs max is there a problem at the mo?

    @ThreeUKSupport A couple of times, thank you for replying. it seems very unstable for the past week, and completely offline for calls for a whole day in the centre of the city. Not fair to keep paying the contract whilst coverage is getting worst rather than better..

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Jen. It’s not actually my phone, but my HomeFi AI cube router. The postcode is AL86TP. My phone speed is fine, but the router is sometimes ok, most of the time it’s slow. This is a new problem as of the last week, I don’t think it’s the 3 signal this time

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been waiting nearly a week for my new SIM card and have no access to my online banking so have no access to my money due to having to destroy my card just in case. I want to report a complaint against you for allowing someone access to my account and incompetence.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had this SIM for about 2 and a bit years. I also was with someone else on the same network, iPhone XR and a SIM card less than a year old. So I find it hard to believe the SIM is the issue.

    @ThreeUK ok the three saga I have checked and I am in direct sightline of 2 masts 1 km & 1.5km away i live top of a hill there are two more masts 1 at the dgh and 1 in old town thats why I have full signal from the masts but you can still only manage 4 mps come on get real three

    @ThreeUKSupport Went down to 3 shop today to upgrade after 7 years, told I wasn't allowed because the bloke that sold my first contract spelt my name wrong! Good way to waste my day. Why don't you start handing directions to the @O2 shop if thats how you wanna treat customers...
