@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport I do want to lodge a complaint that my SIM replacement was delayed and I am essentially barred from using my phone because of your company delaying sending my SIM. I am incredible displeased with the service.

@ThreeUK last time of asking as you’ve been lying to all customers since 2018 regarding Esim. Have you got a confirmed date when you will support Esim or I will be leaving with immediate effect after 8 years of loyalty ? If you can confirm asap as I have already got my PAC code
