@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Never experienced worse customer service than @ThreeUK, been on the phone for 2 hours only to be passed around or the call to be ended with no one sorting the issue @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport after several nightmare chats I eventually ordered a beer contract as I was told phone would arrive on 30th Dec, days later get an email saying the 4th Jan...still not arrived. Service over the years has got so bad it’s unreal.
