@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK please fix your network it's been over two weeks Internet has gone. @Ofcom please intervene it's so unfair consumers pay and do not receive value for their money. Three UK, if it carries on I, would not renew my contract; I am sure there are others who are suffering. #UK

@ThreeUKSupport hi three recently got a 4g mifi contract and its not working due to coverage issues where i live, went back to store to cancel it but they can’t do it and trying to get this sorted out. Hopefully you can help.

@ThreeUKSupport Is that for UK based staff or will it go to the same call centre that has been unable to resolve the problem for the last five days? It won’t extend any further. If it isn’t resolved tomorrow, I’ll cancel the contract. I’ve wasted hours on it already.

@ThreeUK Why can’t I get away from you! I have cancelled my contract 3 times so far and every time it gets to the date I get told it’s cancelling in another 4 weeks !!! When I try phoning your customer service they don’t listen they only want to give me another contract that I don’t want!
