    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK it's really disappointing when you spend 2 hours on a live chat upgrading a contract, then don't receive confirmation of the new contract by email, but to then not deliver the phone when stipulated makes me wonder why we stayed with your network.

    @ThreeUK is there a problem in ne29 area my 4g speeds are shockingly slow, just ran speed test and getting 1.9mb down, I know your pushing 5g but try fixing 4G first

    @rossholden_ @ThreeUKSupport Same for me too! I messaged Three this morning to confirm my delivery then got a text an hour later saying my delivery was delayed. Customer service and complaints team absolutely useless!

    @MrLix @_whippet @ThreeUK Walls are all sprayed with basically concrete as well to bring gamma down massive amounts of air flow. But this is in Australia with a tier one miner. Basically our exposure was the same as airline pilots.

    @ThreeUKSupport Also if you pay the excess you normally get a brand new phone. Never heard of someone turning up at a customer's house, handing over a reconditioned phone and taking customer's phone to repair it. We're still paying contract so can you sort it out asap please.
