@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK you need to sort out your service in the PL34 area it’s so shocking I can’t even connect to your app, also the same in the PL22 area where I work. Maybe time to go back to O2.

Another evening of unusable internet in EH6. Trying to work from home but cannot get a stable connection to talk to anyone. Happens once a week it seems just now @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Refuses to connect to 4g. Stuck on H+ and 1meg up/down.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete when Three "Promise" to credit customer in 2020 why in 2021 am I still trying to resolve this yet Three continue to take my monthly fee, even thought they have breached their contract and I have screenshot of Three admitting to this yet still not credit service

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It’s not about signal but really poor 4G, speeds in 1-2mbps. Are you upgrading that mast to 5G because honestly speeds are shocking and I am regretting getting a 100GB contract when I can’t use that data
