@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Anyone else on @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having major issues at the moment? To double check, I called my mobile from my house phone and it wouldn't let me answer. Then my house phone tried to call me again without me even calling.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Signed up for 24 month contract 19 months ago. Constant issues with connection to calls. Would recommend anyone stays well clear of 3, horrendous network. Customer services are always helpful though

@ThreeUK Some calls? It seems like it's everyone on your network! I hope this doesn't make bank accounts accessible by whoever is able to use my number and is just routing outgoing calls incorrectly. This has been happening since just before 14:30 for me!

@JEWELLZ1ST @ThreeUK LOLZ. Occasionally stuff breaks. I pay £16 a month, that’s 0.003p per minute. It’d have to be down for two days for them to have taken a quid from me for a service I couldn’t use. Data is fine.
