@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Hey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your customer service is one of the worst out there. I've been a client for years and suddenly my plan got changed which means I'm no longer eligible for free Go Roam after May. What a scam! Changing plans so people can't use Go Roam anymore

@ThreeUK Crap. About the worst internet provider right now. Having to use Tesco’s Internet because Virgin Media can’t even maintain a stable network! 😡 I’ve sent every internet connection request and I’m waiting

@ThreeUKSupport It's a PAYG. Hadn't been used for a while but it would have had some credit on the account. I can't login to mythree to check because sometime since I last used mythree you've added an email address.... I'm sure it used to be just number and password.
