    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

    @ThreeUK after a 40 minute phone call with you where I underlined and was told and confirmed that the money you wrongly took from my bank would be refunded to my bank yet here we with your unprofessional service credited it to my account despite my instructions not to!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi are the any 5g wifi outages at the moment. My Internet went down half hour ago and now is asking me to reinsert my password for everything and won't connect keeps telling me my password is now wrong...I am typing it in right

    Found out that @ThreeUK charged me £12 for a sim contract that I converted to pay as you go before leaving the UK and I got hounded for that amount by a credit collector four years later. I guess UK economy is that bad huh.

    @ThreeUK currently having a terrible experience with the 3's customer service, firstly i had a debt which they squashed due to me paying back but also struggling for money. Then take £131 out of my bank two weeks ago and am still awaiting a refund in the cost-of-living crisis.👍
