either @threeuk are doing (long lasting) maintenance in the west mids, or they’ve turned off a mast. this service is appalling. 4G loading at GPRS level speeds. and 5G just doesn’t work at all

I feel your pain, I have to train Tech Mahindra 🇮🇳staff myself in U.K. legislation let alone Three U.K. policies. Poor staff training
