    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK It's inpossible to top up with three, tried the app a few times... Seems you are always having problems with it. Think you need a new IT department .

    @ThreeUKSupport I pay for 4G in my contract, but more n more Im finding myself having to switch to 3G to get any decent speeds, but with 3G, intermittent dropouts are 100% guarantee. Was thinking of paying for home broadband n get a 3 hub, but Im sure this still relies on th network being good.

    @ThreeUK my household has FOUR accounts with you. I call for help about another issue and the advisor wants to sell me MORE. I try to politely decline. He transfers me anyway. I try to explain again. He PUSHES ON with the sales pitch! I have no more money to give you!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi is there a known issue NN100YF ? No 4G again today (affecting all 3 phones in household. Service checker said no issues. 3G service fine luckily. Had a few issues since new mast errected a few weeks ago. Cheers Ian.
