    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK Forgot to mention the Apple App Store has the same functionality issues as Snapchat when on your data. Tick Tok… We all saw what happened to Facebook! I’m not alone…

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I was charged for a cancelled contract , managed to chat to #Three to request refund and cancel DD but #Three said no mistake were made according to their system 😱 and no Apologies. Wonder how many were charged like this 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport no Netflix, Soundcloud or Snapchat over mobile data for 3 days now. When will this be fixed? I am out of the house 15 hours a day and cannot use these features. Will there be a discount on my next bill due to your problems not being sorted?!
