    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK why do I constantly have to keep downgrading my data from 4G to HSDPA to get any movement on your network? Sort your 4G out!!

    @ThreeUK just to let you know I’ll be leaving your network because you don’t have visual voicemail. I know I can dial 123 blah blah but it’s not the same. Get with the times and upgrade your network.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK - Been 2 weeks with no home broadband in KT13 and your team say it could be weeks/months more to fix. Can’t work from home, can’t use streaming services that I pay for - costing me £100s. How is this acceptable service?

    @ThreeUKSupport Is there really NOTHING they can do to mitigate the issue, I have almost NO signal on phone or wifi this afternoon when all the sport is on 😩. Surely there must be a way of doing what you’re doing without disconnecting your customers for over a week!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife has signed up for a new deal with yourselves, all I need to do is get a new sim as she's never had one through the post. Can we get one from store, may be better for us if we can do that.
