@ThreeUKSupport Hello, could you please update with urgency? BB still being cut-off in NW London, over a week now. What's the issue and how long is it expected for? And the status checker still says no issues, I'm not sure you're legally allowed to knowingly state falsehoods. Honesty, please.

  • AdmiralPellaeon James ⭐️⭐️ (@AdmiralPellaeon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for getting back to me. I am in SA70 Tenby - Wales. I am shocked at how little network I’m getting here. I’m not expecting to watch YouTube or anything but emails & satnav are pretty important.

  • richardclegg Richard G. Clegg (@richardclegg) reported

@sefzef @ThreeUKSupport Have been having what sounds like same problem in SE1

  • calmcglaughlin Cal Mcglaughlin (@calmcglaughlin) reported

@Tim_Mrvl @ThreeUK If it wasn't for the fact that they are the best network for data when you are travelling I would change providers. But for now I feel stuck with them

  • Gstr2021 g.s.t.r 2021 (@Gstr2021) reported

@ThreeUKSupport well done to your **** network for restricting my services. Scum network. I get home later and no signal. Your lot are in 4 it

  • Kalinskym ⓂⒶⓇⓀ ⓀⒶⓁⒾⓃⓈⓀⓎ (@Kalinskym) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Will you support eSim for Galaxy Watch 4

  • rowandjack Jack Rowand (@rowandjack) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I did. I was told 'there was a problem, but it is fixed now'. They did not know what the problem had been. When this twitter account was asked what the problem was last week, we were told that you don't have any specifics. When did it start? The same answer.

  • rowandjack Jack Rowand (@rowandjack) reported

@ThreeUK @sefzef I told you guys there was a DNS problem in the area last week. Please do look into it.

  • UnovaWarriorX UnovaWarriorX (@UnovaWarriorX) reported

@ThreeUKSupport And yes I'm still having issues, the screenshots provided in the first post are from today within the space of 5 minutes. Frequently jumping from 15-20mb/s download speed to anywhere between 0.2-5mb/s

  • KeilanSirius Keilan (@KeilanSirius) reported

@ThreeUKSupport after trying the building name instead of the building number and road it was still having the issue but i hit f5 and it brought up the correct address. No wonder it couldnt find anything before, it formats the address as number, name, street, instead of name, number, street.
