@ThreeUKSupport I have been charged early termination fees despite repeatedly being assured that I could leave without any termination fees because of awful signal. I left in December by transferring to a different network and have been billed for January/Feb and the online chat is useless

@ThreeUKSupport New SIM card is working just fine. Whenever I contacted Three support via chat requesting the transfer of my PAYG number to my Pay Monthly plan I always got a response that it would take about 24 hours to complete the process.

@ThreeUKSupport Since this morning. Can’t call any landlines, which is an issue as I need to today.. judging from Twitter, it’s happening all over the UK right now!
