    @ThreeUK can't believe I was just told by a member of staff that my only option in getting my network issue fixed is to terminate my contract ... Of 15 years. Disgraceful service.

    A victim of @ThreeUK today. ‘No Service’ displayed; No ‘WiFi Calling’. Not a heavy user, only £10:00 per month BUT did miss a fairly important call this evening!😡

    @ThreeUK so got up this morning and had WiFi calling in my house - took phone with me outside and came back to ‘no service’. Phone is useless without it as no signal in our village - please get it sorted! Done all usual fixes ....
