@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

@ThreeUKSupport Cancelled with one of your agents, unfortunately because I had two contracts with you it never occurred to me that it wasn’t done and cancelled like requested Chris. I shouldn’t have to “notice” when a request has been made.

@sxaTech @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK I ran out of runway on my voda contract - otherwise fine. Missed out on the best deals, so since I've moved figured it was an opportunity to reset. I might be partially regretting that thought if I'm honest. Vodafone is a damn good network generally.

@sxaTech @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Voxi... worth a shot. Currently using it as my main 'broadband' connection in a #Huawei B535 router. Though sadly down from the 150+ (up to 250 Mbps) in Kemptown to 40-50 mostly in new home (seen 70 once). [BTW no wifi calling / VoLTE]

@ThreeUK ever since I got my phone contract with three my phone signal has been on 1 bar. My internet and calls keep cutting off and I’m paying around £70, it feels like I’m getting the short end of the stick. I’ve tried resetting the network 😢😢
