    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUK And yet simple phone calls keep getting dropped at the moment, there's no signal in half my house and maximum H internet around here

    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Had I been told at the time of giving my notice I would of said yes I want to take my number but wasn’t! You are crap I’m glad I’m leaving. I don’t want to be changing my number on everything 😡😡

    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    Come January I will be paying to get out of my contract with @ThreeUK . Go to a provider that can actually support the phones they sell. 3 are hands down the WORST provider in the UK. I’m in a capital city for Christ sake and the signal is piss poor! Absolute jokes.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s effecting everything. It’s the most unreliable service I’ve had. I’ve had the phone looked at by Apple and they said the phone itself is flawless. I’m paying a contract fee that you guys and I agreed too. I’m holding up my end, but your not providing the service I pay for…

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been trying to sort/change payment details on mobile broadband hub account for days, but cannot login to account and reset password option is (presumably) sending a reset link text (which I can’t receive/read on hub) and no email ever arrives?

    The connectivity of the 4G box is ridiculous @ThreeUKSupport ?! I have had no issues for 6 months, then the first month I have to pay in full, I can barely connect one device?!

    @ThreeUK What’s going on with data on your network? It’s shocking at the minute! 5G is worse that 3G & 4G is hit & miss, more miss than hit. If something’s going on, tell us. You can’t tell me you’re not aware of any issues. Is it the 5G upgrade? Have you not paid a bill?
