@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

@ThreeUK I’ve been on to your broadband people for the last 30 minutes trying to change my iPad contract. I was finally being able to speak to someone and it cut out. Is there anyway I can get straight through to someone who can help me without going through all the phone options

@ThreeUK you people need to be sued to be honest! What kind of rubbish is this! Been trying to get a replacement SIM card sorted for over a month! A stupid silly mistake by your employee at the Peterborough three shop has kept me without a sim line for this long!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I've been into my phone settings to do it. I've been through it all with the technical team. They said there have been a number of these handsets with the same issue since the latest update.
