@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@ThreeUK How difficult is it to return a phone back to Three? Well I would say impossible as they never send out returns bags but they like to send out letters threatening to Charge you for the unreturned phone. Now waiting for bag number 4. 2 months and still no bag
