    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 upgrade phones should’ve been here last Tuesday. DPD delivered them back 2 U not 2 me. Chatted online today&being advised you don’t know where they are and the earliest I’ll receive them is 27th. I have 5 phones with you and these are Christmas presents. Help!

    @ThreeUK Since the 5g home broadband went down for several hours the other day it's been totally unreliable. Dropping out all the time, and today is barely working at all. What is going on? Is this being fixed?

    @ThreeUK the worst for coverage in #basingstoke town centre 👎🏼 iMessages just about get through as txts after 2 or 3 attempts😤 I can’t make calls, and my son also on @ThreeUK cannot call me and has same issues in town😡 it’s 2021 so sort it out! May 2023 can’t come soon enough!

    @ThreeUKSupport sort your bloody WiFi out. Our home signal is horrendous. I’m trying to work & keep disconnecting every few minutes. Been like this for a month now! Paying money for nothing here

    @saetningsknude I upgraded my @ThreeUK contract today and was invited to believe all providers would have to start charging; hence my question! Great if you could check with @giffgaff! I could cancel my upgrade within 14 days & would be happy to do so despite my 5+ years with current provider
