    @martcole61 @ThreeUK First check how much data you use. We had unlimited and was going up to £28/month. But because of WhatsApp and Signal and WiFi only used 1-2 GB/ month. We opted for 8gb and pay £8/month. My son got the same deal but negotiated down to £5/month

    @ThreeUKSupport I got it sorted in the end, you should let your developers know that there's a disconnect between signup and login. Signup allows you to use an email address with a + in it, but login doesn't. I had support change my email address to fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport My pay monthly SIM only plan started after Oct 2021, so I'm liable for the £2 a day charge for using data abroad. I have been with 3 for many years, this issue and your inability to sensibly solve it is making me think 3 don't care about my custom.
