@martcole61 @ThreeUK First check how much data you use. We had unlimited and was going up to £28/month. But because of WhatsApp and Signal and WiFi only used 1-2 GB/ month. We opted for 8gb and pay £8/month. My son got the same deal but negotiated down to £5/month

@ThreeUK why would you erroneously bill your customers for over a year and then make them chase you for a refund having admitted your error? My advice to everyone with a contract with you now would be to check and cancel if necessary! You’ve taken nearly a grand in error!!

Hey @ThreeUK the only thing keeping me from rejoining you guys on contract is that you don’t offer visual voicemail, from what I’ve read, it’s been asked about for over a decade now, you’re the only remaining UK MNO that doesn’t support it, do you plan to at some point?
