    @martcole61 @ThreeUK First check how much data you use. We had unlimited and was going up to £28/month. But because of WhatsApp and Signal and WiFi only used 1-2 GB/ month. We opted for 8gb and pay £8/month. My son got the same deal but negotiated down to £5/month

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUK it would have been nice to be informed earlier if there was a unplanned outage as could have made alternate plans using a different phone carrier, i've been completely stranded without being able to use my phone.

    @ThreeUK Yo, since when does it take 8 days to get a mobile number transferred and then be told no when you ask to make a complaint?

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv sorted the mobile network problem,which won't be fixed till MARCH 2023! My next problem was told I would receive 100mps download speeds I only get 15mps!

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told on the day of upgrading that three would send out the tablet by 3rd Dec, now you're telling me @XiaomiUK send it out. Then you tell me that because the promotional offer has now ended you can't do anything about it. Piss poor response! Supervisor is calling me back!
