@ThreeUK Any recommendation for being unable to access Netflix on mobile data when WiFi works perfectly and other networks (checked via a friend's phone) also work without issue? Please.

@JaneB2020 @ThreeUKSupport sorry about your account, sometimes it could due to unusual attempts, I got logged out from my account yesterday and support service couldn’t respond until someone on here referred me to cloud_repairs via Instagram. He is a Assured and guaranteed.

@m1871e @ThreeUK Why should we have to DM you to get you & @snapchatsupport to do your jobs. You have both been informed there is an issue. Please just sort it. It’s specifically 4G as house link isn’t working & 3G mobile data is. Yes we are rural & our fast internet is via your masts.

  • kurtisthorne kurtisthorne (@kurtisthorne) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Any updates on the outage for common services? Netflix, Apple Music, Apple Tv+, Apple App Store, Insta and Snap won’t work on either homefi or mobile. I see the company line being repeated about Netflix and Snapchat, but there are more services affected

  • laurajane2502 Laura Jane (@laurajane2502) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am still finding it really difficult to get a decent signal. I have tried putting my SIM card in another handset but the signal is terrible. Currently walking around outside to get a signal. Only have 1 bar on 4G

  • stevemcphillips steven mcphillips (@stevemcphillips) reported

@ThreeUK Help. SIM card not working and been on hold now for over two hours. How can I log into my account when you send a text to a sim that’s not working

  • XxrossdxX Ross Docherty (@XxrossdxX) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any update on the fixes still unable to us SC and netflix on mobile data. Pretty poor service especially on how much some people spend on contracts! App Store also acting up.

  • BriannaBlessed2 Brianna Blessed (@BriannaBlessed2) reported

Update: it looks like lots of @ThreeUK users are having similar issues. It sounds like it may a network provider issue, rather than a problem with @Snapchat

  • laurajane2502 Laura Jane (@laurajane2502) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's everywhere. I've tried restarting my phone too. I am thinking of leaving as don't want to pay for a service I am not getting 100% use from

  • megss_04 Meg (@megss_04) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ColeLoganV @ThreeUKSupport Same issue for me has been going on for 2 days. When will this be sorted?
