@ThreeUKSupport Already tried, spoke, had a complaint put in and was basically told nothing will be done. I don't know what's happened over the last 18 months but your services have gone completely down hill. Signal problems, customer services problems. It's all gone really bad.

@ThreeUK how can I make a formal complaint about customer service & inability to resolve a basic issue regarding contract termination. I’m still being charged despite cancelling a month ago - your webchat and website simply don’t deliver. Calls cut off twice at your end today
