@ThreeUK Hi, a friend of mine has just got a 5G home router. The download speed is impressive but upload is somewhat lacklustre. I’ve heard that’s because upload still uses 4G, is this the case? If so when can 5G users expect a full 5G service for both download & upload?

@ThreeUKSupport It's now at 4G+. This is highly unstable and unreliable. I'm supposed to be starting remote work soon so this isn't acceptable.

  • KathrynHarrop90 Kat (@KathrynHarrop90) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Connection was fine when I went out. Home now and it's back to being crap. I can connect to 3G but it's weak, can't do anything. Am I supposed to just sit here doing nothing until your engineers decide to do their jobs?
