ⓈⓉⒺ ⒼⒺⒺ (@stevengrocock) reported from Carlton on Trent, England@Tim_Arnold1977 @ThreeUKSupport Cred it to them from here too. All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

Baz (@49_timelessness) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!
-
BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
katie t 🏴 (@kattyork) reportedWhy is @ThreeUK so **** says I can get 4G at work I sometimes have nothing or 1 bar like in York city centre
-
hannah dunleavy (@thatdunleavy) reported@ThreeUK What's going on with there being no service in Cambridge today? The chatbot is asking for patience, but I'm running out of it.
-
Clive ✝️is💩means Athiest (@elgarr1) reported@ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞
-
Lee Williams (@LeeWilliams154) reported@ThreeUKSupport is the network down at the moment? I can’t make or receive calls…

-

-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
Danielle (@elektramonster) reported@ThreeUK As your signal is getting consistently worse, we were pleased to find that we could use Vodafone when 3uk isn't working (most of the time where we are currently) however it says Vodafone is a forbidden network! Can you explain this please?
