@ThreeUKSupport It was the Strand store and they said they can only accept any driver’s license or passport, not my UK issued residence card which is ridiculous. This is after your online technical support accidentally immediately canceled my SIM. So is urgent.

@ThreeUKSupport Since Wednesday (see my previous tweets about the same problem a few days ago). It works eventually (through a combination of restarting phone, toggling on and off mobile data several times, but typically takes about half an hour every day to work which is pretty annoying).

i reported it for FRAUD on TWO occasions and a third time I rang for an update which I was told I’d be contacted in 72 hours and i received NO CALL. UPDATE. NOTHING. i want compensation for the emotional damage this has caused me. @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
