@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, yes I’ve been checking the fault checker and there hasn’t been any changes to it since Saturday 16/07. Surely we can claim some compensation or something for nearly a week of no service and not even a date of when you’ll fix it?

I see @ThreeUK have joined the long list of companies it's almost impossible to get hold of when you have a problem. On hold via the app for 30 minutes then got cut off. Tried the 'live chat', got cut off. etc etc. Modern life is so frustrating.

@ThreeUK I cannot seem to get my stolen mobile replaced. I called the number and 4 or 5 times said: I am mentally disabled I don't know my number. The person said in reply ' You want to cancel your sim?'
