@ThreeUKSupport hello! the internet service is very slow since yesterday for me . i have just switched from giffgaff to three for the good network but it seems i took a worst decision in my life. i am just getting 0.47 mbps download and 6 mb upload.

@ThreeUK I can't get logged in to my account. On both the website and app it doesn't recognise what I know is the correct password and when I try to reset it never sends an email or text. This has been happening for months now. Please help!
