All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken to loads of advisors even promised a call back two weeks ago now, still no calls. I’m so disappointed in the service, I was told there was 4g coverage rather than 5g but I didn’t realise that meant it was so bad I couldn’t even use it to work

    @ThreeUKSupport Well Three seems to be down again in YO26 4TH, no Internet access at all this time. I can't wait until my contract is up to get a proper, reliable hardwired connection. Your network will never replace hardwired connections when it's this unreliable

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason you’re not aware of any issues with the service is because your support reps don’t seem to log any of my complaints. I’ve had to use the Data Passport in 4 different countries over the past 3 months and it’s horrendously buggy in all of them. Every. Day.

    @ThreeUKSupport Every day I get a message at 11pm GMT telling me I should buy another passport for the next day. But I can’t do it until it’s actually midnight UK time. In reality it usually throws errors until around 1am UK time. About once a week it takes until 10am UK time for it to work.
