@Tim_Arnold1977 @ThreeUKSupport Cred it to them from here too. All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

@mauricerkelly @Bolster @ThreeUK Past experience suggests EE have the best data network but if you care mainly about voice (and who does?) then O2 had the edge for coverage as long as you didn't mind getting 2G more than 3G.
-
Chris McStill
(@SeasideChris) reported
@TomTalksCars @ThreeUK Yup. I put up with pretty poor coverage in some areas because of it. No point in staying now.

Having been a three customer for a number of years I find it disgusting that they are removing free roaming, I am more disgusted by hearing this via Media rather than a nice text or letter from Three. @ThreeUK now looking for new provider
-
Rich J
(@richyj1504) reported
@_super_tone @ThreeUK True. Though again I’m not sure how long it’ll be before they introduce it. Just a shame O2 signal is pretty naff.
-
Sam
(@samueld303) reported
@ThreeUK looks like there is now no reason to stay a 3 customer after 10 years. Bringing back roaming charges and you have lost your only competitive advantage.
-
Maurice Kelly
(@mauricerkelly) reported
@Bolster @revdenoodles @ThreeUK For me it’s probably EE. Coverage where we live is poor and O2/Vodafone are no good here at all.
-
DangerDave
(@Dangerdave1979) reported
@ThreeUK Not a big enough network to cover the EU without extra roaming costs though?
-
TherealMandalorian
(@MisterJamie) reported
@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?
-
David
(@metaburbia) reported
@ThreeUK relying on contract inertia from their customers. Here's hoping they go down the pan.

@ThreeUK this hasn't aged well. Could it be misleading advertising? Anyway I'm lucky I'm not (and surely won't be in the future) your customer
