You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
