@ThreeUK 1 month into a 12 month contract and it's the worst reception I've ever had. Lack of Internet signal, phone reception poor, people complaining they can't hear me on the phone. Please tell me I can cancel this, totally useless.

1. @ThreeUKSupport The service advisor I just talked to was absolutely useless. My phone is failing to switch to 5G & all she was concerned about was taking postcodes of where I been 2day & tells me theres no 5G there where I know there is.
