All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

@ThreeUKSupport really disappointed with you cellular plans for Apple Watches. Took it out in October. Finally got it work then a new update and bang it’s gone again. Customer services have no idea what they are doing and I am paying for a service that just doesn’t work ?!

@ThreeUKSupport why can I only receive Wi-Fi on parts of the tube network. For example, Elizabeth line only has virgin Wi-Fi login which is disabled for three customers . Most other places it has three Wi-Fi network but not all places?

@ThreeUK getting really p****d at having to continually having to connect my 3 iPhone to my Vodafone iPad to be able to get any sort of signal. This is despite my iPhone being connected to 4G or even 5G. About to order a Vodafone sim and challenge my contract!

@ThreeUKSupport I would like all 6 of our contracts refunding this month please. We've had barely any Internet, and as a gaming / TV streaming house, it's been diabolical,inc struggling to watch world cup! Please advise what on earth is going on! This service is not acceptable 😒

@ThreeUK paid for 4g broadband for 6 months and never had decent speeds (often below 3mg), says full signal on devices and hub but also says no internet. Have tried to resolve in past to be told work is being done on mast. Work still being done on mast £7 refund for inconvenience
