All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

I can’t go to the store, I keep failing the security questions because I do not have an account with @ThreeUK if I didn’t bring the issue to Twitter nothing would have been done. Ur webchat is closed, we’ll continue tomorrow.

    Why do I pay @ThreeUK more than £70 a month for a dead signal as soon as it gets cold and cloudy! When my contract ends I will be totally switching to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv been given a temporary sim in the meantime while while this is being sorted but I’m struggling with activating this as they told me due to the circumstances it will be free of charge, Iv tried calling 333 but it’s all automated and there’s no option that fits with my issue 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I made the initial call on the 11th of December 2020. I was supposed to receive the outcome on the 14th, I called up today and was bounced from pillar to post with rude and disgusting service! #ThreeUK and nothing has been resolved!
