@ThreeUK It is frustrating to discover this after too much time trying to resolve on my own. Not everyone leaps to Twitter to see if there's an issue. Most people will likely go through troubleshooting on their own before selling assistance.

@ThreeUK Cont:- eventually a three advisor slipped up and thought I was complaining about signal and told me it was rubbish in the area I live. Luckily I had this revealed to me the same day I received the hub and cancelled. Then 3 tried to make out they were doing me a huge favour by TBC

@ThreeUK I'm due an upgrade soon and after being with three for yrs and hold 2 accounts along with referring my mum from o2 and getting barely a thanks you from 3, to then take up the offer of broadband which was never able to connect. When I complained I was lied to and eventually TBC
