@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Laura. Thankfully in my case it's just an automated sales number and nothing malicious. It would definitely suck if it was malicious and I had abusive messages being left all the time. Is there any way you could refer this as an issue to be addressed in future?

@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

The worst customer support I have ever experienced from @ThreeUK , suspending an account for no reason, refusing to give a reason other than stating it was “inappropriate”, accusing me of sending bulk texts when I have sent 0 and refusing access to the credit I bought
