All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    @ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUKSupport I have spoken with the call centre 3 times and online customer service twice. That deal was not offered to me, I just got met with backlash and told its a new customer offer.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well I have 2 phones under the same name one keeps getting cut off so when I phone to ask why they they done it they don't explain turn the service back on. A few hours later the other one gets cuts off. It's been back and forth for weeks now

    @ThreeUK Can you let me know why I get really bad phone reception and extremely slow internet speeds literally everywhere I go? It's an absolute joke! Even on WiFi calling it's not even good quality calls. I am glad once my contract is up I will be leaving!

    @ThreeUKSupport my husband and I are both unable to use mobile data via 3 and call signal is unusable in the S8 area. You recently did work around here, are you sure it’s not still affected? Seems odd for us both to have issues in this area only.
