    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been having great problems with Thee mobile broadband in IG8 Woodford Green, are there any problems or is it my Three Mobile Broadband equipment. I have restarted four times and is showing full signal ( all the bars).

    @garnerweb @ThreeUK The ability to freely use the same number when I travel, especially when going home to New Zealand, was the reason I chose @ThreeUK. I’ve been happy with 3 until now, but this is a depressingly cynical money-grab. I will never renew my contract if it means losing roaming.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, several times. Both first line and second line support. Done multiple router reboots and resets, on my second router now. Still terrible. Had my connection analysed, nothing found. It’s just an unusable mess of a service, however your mobile service seems to work perfectly…

    The most amazing thing about the whole situation, is that even after taking me to the point of screaming at the “advisor” & slamming the phone down, nobody at @ThreeUK has even contacted me to see if I’m ok. Been an hour now. Says it all.

    @KayBurley @ThreeUK I requested my PAC code from Three after hearing the news yesterday and I am now with Tesco mobile (number transferred this morning). I was predominantly with them for their Go Roam service.

    @ThreeUKSupport No Laura, there was no outcome as they didn’t find an issue apparently. Feel like I’m just being constantly fobbed off. Also had two notifications of work being done in this area in the last 6 months and last time that fixed things for about a day, before reverting…

    @ThreeUKSupport I've just recently RE- joined your network thinking that now that you own most of the spectrum the service would be a better experience! WRONG on all counts cant download **** 3 day's to try and get 1 ep of a TV programme, for shame!
