    @ThreeUKSupport I did and unfortunately it made it worse. This is a new sim (not even a year old), so I shouldn't be having these problems. £35 has just come out of my account for this month's payment and I am not able to use it. I had better coverage in Spain than I do in the UK. This isn't on.

    @ThreeUKSupport Customer calls to that number are for individual #Three problems/faults. For known, repeatedly reported regional issues, you're obliged to give us information on the issue and expected timings. Again, please do this with urgency, thank you. @ofcom

    @ThreeUKSupport I have cancelled an upgrade because the same phone and contract was being offered cheaper on your own website. When I rang to to query this was told I could cancel the upgrade. No attempt to make good made. Told I *might* get a better offer if I ring back on Monday

    @ThreeUKSupport No need for a complaint, just please provide the information. I am absolutely not playing this game. I understand why you're pressured to reply as you do, it's deeply unethical but that how these companies work, I get that. Please update. @ofcom

    Looks like @ThreeUK don't value existing customers. Worst attempt to upgrade I have ever experienced. Looks like it is time to look for a new provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport You don't need to sound shocked. I have seen hundreds of people complaining from all over the UK and when checking on your website we all get the same report "Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual"
