All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

Well after a week were my phone decided to pack up. @O2 decided to absolutely screw me with the most disgustingly shocking customer service, I’m now back with @ThreeUK who brilliantly got me back up and running. Still can’t get back into my iTunes though!

Renewed contract w/ @ThreeUK, used cooling-off period to switch providers. They offered 160GB data at low £/mo to stay, but now claim I used a “reversal” to revert to old contract. Insulting. Records exist. @ThreeUKSupport fix this. @CommsOmbudsman what are the options?
