@ThreeUKSupport I've been charged for a contract I've canceled months ago. I now live abroad and checked my UK account and even though I spoke to customer care to cancel the contract has been coming off my account. I can't call customer call due to being abroad.

@ThreeUK refuse to give me an early upgrade even though my household has been with this company for 10 years. When our 3 contracts ends in few months, I am moving all 3 contracts to a better network that really have their customers at heart.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, of course. I have a 5G plan of 100 GB, and I have a 5G phone Samsung Flip 3. There was enough signal and I did a speed test. I'll be monitoring your network for next 12 months so I can decide whether to renew next year or not.
