All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    Anyone else had really crap service with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? Just spent over an hour to be lied to by their offshore support and now have to wait up to 5 days for a new SIM. Week 3+ without their mobile broadband service.

    @ThreeUK the worst service ever both 4g and calls. My biggest mistake to join them. I would advise everyone to join other service but never ever 3. You will regret it.

    @ThreeUKSupport pretty fuming - I've just discovered than when you happily sold me a new phone in Dec, you didn't cancel my old direct debit - you've been happily taking two payments a month!
