All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @bearpaw4242 @ialyrn @ThreeUK It wouldn't be so bad if they'd said, "look, this '3-2-1' thing is a better deal for you than us, so we're going to have to put it up to a '6-4-2' deal." It'd still be inconvenient but that's a price rise I could've accounted for somewhere else.

    @dodj_defur @bearpaw4242 @ThreeUK Next thing to do then, is be absolutly sure your phone is fully networked unlocked. Most of the time they are now, but wouldnt surprise me if some phones are still network locked. If you got it from Carphone warehouse or something, your probably good to go

    @ThreeUKSupport Why it is that whenever someone calls Three, the Indian support staff always ask phone number and then ask password on the account when they actually mean secutiry questions. Is it a wonder fraud goes on in Three.
