@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

@Tim_Arnold1977 @ThreeUKSupport Cred it to them from here too. All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

@ThreeUK why is it my network coverage is getting worse nationwide. Almost non existent in my village. I am connected to WiFi calling g when at home.....but what when I venture outside?

@ThreeUKSupport I pre-ordered the S21 on 20th Jan and it was due to arrive on 26th Jan. Three promised twice this week it would be arriving, first 29th and then 30th. Found out today that its not arriving and I need to cancel the whole order and then re-order it which would take few more days.

@9600 @theonlyrobinson @ThreeUK In my holiday cottage in Devon we have NO mobile signal. Three, which my wife and kids use, do SMS over Wi-fi Calling, Vodafone sadly do not... Oh, and BT a give me 26Mb over my crappy phone line. Can’t wait for a decent mobile signal down there!
