To top it off they're STILL taking £9.14 off of me for a Mifi I never even used which was an add on to my contract yet they're claiming its a different contract and expect me to pay the next 4 months up now to end the Contract early which I've ALREADY PAID @ThreeUK

@simonhardwick @IsItBroke @ThreeUKSupport THIS! When roaming I often find places where Three's network runs with massive packet loss and latency, even with full signal (and sometimes at home too when it's busy outside and I've forgotten to turn Wi-Fi back on). Seems like their network capacity is reaching its limit

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport .. I compromised on the phone colour to ensure I get my phone today 7.12.21 because my phone’s screen got shattered. Thank you for falsely selling me the phone and now I’m left making calls with the help of Siri. Your staff haven’t been of any help.

@simonhardwick @ThreeUKSupport I find that all over London with Three (on iPhone X) if I’ve only got one bar of 4G connectivity that essentially means no connection. Also - data throughput when it falls back to 3G (even with four bars) is terrible - ten years ago 3G was actually usable for email etc. Not now.

@ThreeUKSupport Any idea when we can expect 5G to return to normal in SW17? It's been intermittent at best, and the network status checker gives no timeline to fully restore services.

@ThreeUKSupport On the 26th November. I’ve submitted an official complaint and they said call - I do not wish to call as clearly what you say on the phone cannot be trusted. Please can you ask the complaints team to respond in writing or escalate to senior management
