@ThreeUK Absolute worst company I've come across. Worse than vodaphone in terms of help and customer support. Tell my why my contracts £8 a month for my grandma's phone and they've charged me £90+ for 2 months and when I try to cancel they try to charge me a cancellation fee😡🤬

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

@ThreeUKSupport No a block hasn't been added. I'm 3 months into the contract and when I signed up I explained that I am only signing up as you're able to block any additional charges as my grandma is over 90 years old. I wouldn't have joined if you couldn't offer this service and if this was..

@ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

@ThreeUKSupport It's more than an inconvenience I've had to pay overdraft fees and it's put me in a pretty bad place both mentally, financially and in terms of my physical health also. It was explained multiple times the person using the account is over 90 years of age. In the most polite way..

@Tim_Arnold1977 @ThreeUKSupport Cred it to them from here too. All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

Hey @ThreeUK my broadband has been out two days, any chance you could wake up someone in support to fix the issue. I'm fed up of rebooting the router.

If what you're looking for in an ISP is a service that makes data transfer of any kind frustratingly pointless may I recommend @ThreeUK. I can't wait for my contract to end. This message brought to you courtesy of @bt_uk

Getting sick of @ThreeUK homefi service. Pointless trying to call support because you just get fobbed off. It's been shitty for weeks now.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

So my @ThreeUK broadband is up and down like a brides nightie. Spent 4 hours today trying to watch a single program. A far cry from what I was sold.

Hi @ThreeUK. I've been your customer for more than 10 years, but I will switch to @giffgaff or @VodafoneUK if you advertise on GB news. We don't need more one-sided broadcasting in the UK. #DontFundGBNews

Hi @ThreeUK. Long time user of your service, with no major complaints - but I will not be renewing the three contracts I have in my household with you, should I note that you advertise on GB news. #DontFundGBNews

@ThreeUK Seems amazing that Three have been bragging about their 5G service for over a year but people living in London as I do are still offered only 4G. How can the nation's capital city not be in one of Three's so called "selected areas"? Seems like false advertising to me.

@GStebson @PamelamacPamela @ThreeUK They're not the only networks. Phone Coop usually do well with ethical advertising. In the hypothetical situation that *every* company advertised on GB News (which they'd be insane to) you'd pick the one who used them least or were first to pull support.
