@Tim_Arnold1977 @ThreeUKSupport Cred it to them from here too. All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

@ThreeUK Why is your signal constantly so bad? Whenever I call your customer "service" it's always the same response from someone with terrible English. Apparently, there has been work going on where I live for a few years now. Problem is,it's not just where I live.Its everywhere I go.

@AKilikita @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK So after an HOUR on the phone to people who can't help, I googled the email address of the CEO, yep you can do that, and got a PAC code. If they think it's acceptable to ignore complaints and pretend the complaint didn't happen, I can vote with my feet and go elsewhere.
