All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

    @ThreeUKSupport How long do you expect the almost total lack of service in LS1 to last? Was fine early this morning but since about 10am I've had virtually zero Internet access either on 3G, 4G or 5G on my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not accepting that - the onus is on Three to prove what sites I've viewed not just say "yeah it's accurate, you used £44" I'm not paying it and will explore all avenues to terminate my contact and my sons which I recently brought over.

    @ThreeUK your network is shocking, never have any signal no matter where you go my mums add is very weak it’s now started to have interference in calls too, my other home there’s no signal at all! It’s not just myself with this issue it’s my whole family

    @ThreeUK, I can’t even make a phonecall in 2022, it’s been like this for weeks! I’m using FaceTime/WhatsApp to make calls using wifi! Worse coverage ever and I live in central london so no excuse! I was advised not to go with u guys but wth what kind of medieval network is this?

    Oh my life! Trying to get a PAC code from @ThreeUK is like trying to get blood from a stone! 15-minutes on live chat getting "sorry you're leving", "can we do anything to help" Just give me the god damn PAC code! "Lets see what's the issue" after ignoring all other messages!

    Sick of getting an @threeuk message just recently, saying I have nearly used my monthly data allowance. You have given me the warning for the last three days. I have only used 0.22GB out of 1GB. I never got close to running out. Please change your algorithm, or I must mute you.

    @ThreeUK constantly no coverage at work or home. For a network that advertises itself as being so good, I spend far too much time stuck on wifi. Sort it out!
