@ThreeUKSupport See the chat, apparently you were sending me proof of purchase so I could proceed. This has never been sent. I spent 3 hours on live chat on Saturday morning + 1 hour on the phone. 6 days later here on twitter & still not received POP. I'm stuck, you said you'd help!

@ThreeUKSupport Cant do that with my broadband and did it on phone and nothing happened..... Why you cant just be a bit more courteous and tell your customers you are planning work and service may be interrupted..... A whole morning ruined..... My #Starlink cant get here quick enough......
