@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I think it’s terrible that to downgrade a plan you have to speak to someone on the phone, but to upgrade you can just click a button. I just want to downgrade and stop paying for something I don’t need.

@ThreeUKSupport I took out a SIM only contract, but cancelled it within a couple of days. The SIM was never opened or used. However, you still took a direct debit payment this month, and I'm having great difficulty having it refunded
@ThreeUK i hate being rude on the phone but honestly being passed around 6 departments and having to tell them my date of birth and postcode every time is exhausting

@ThreeUKSupport No, no fix date. But the slow speed is not just in a specific place. I live is SE London and work in SW London and the speed is poor anywhere. The only positive is that at work, Three is acceptable and EE, O2 and Vodafone are next to zero.
