@Tim_Arnold1977 @ThreeUKSupport Cred it to them from here too. All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the advice but as usual for 3 days now there is no one to chat too. Still getting txts from your debt recovery company. Am not willing to go through your complaints service anymore as have done 4 times and been informed each time it is resolved. Send me direct contact

@ThreeUK Why roll out in cities where people don’t even notice they are on 5G? Why not upgrade masts in rural areas. I would pay a LOT for a stable 5G home broadband service and it would REALLY make a difference!

I’d highly suggest anyone here who’s contemplating joining @ThreeUK never do so, I’ve never experienced such incompetence from a company before. Stay well clear of these jokers.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your home broadband network is pathetic. Your customer care should be named as careless shop.

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya. I somehow had no blocks in the app / online but did have one (that I'd never requested) your support person could see when I rang. Block now removed and all working again!

@ThreeUKSupport Just an idea. If I generate a new PAC from three and never use it, would that invalidate the old one I gave to EE? That would solve everything.
