    @ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

    @threeuk upgraded a month ago & accepted iPhone 12 delivery as today, as no updates I called last night & told I will be texted this morning, this morning no text, called and told it will arrive today, didn't arrive. Now being I have to wait until the 30th! Communication sucks!

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, it's far from a painless first experience with support and customer services. From wrong contracts not being cancelled until 3rd time contact, missed service switching dates with no apparent record of such request and various technical dificulties setting up an account

    @ThreeUKSupport I have very poor reception on my road, in London. Despite calling three a number of times, they've not been able to help. I have 5 active contracts coming to an end soon, that's almost £600/year, every year. Can an engineer not be sent to fix this issue?

    Why can't these bastards at @ThreeUK have some compassion. I'm trying to close my father's account following his passing and the stupid ***** saying, "I'll need to speak to the account holder." Jesus Chris, why is everything in this world so ******* difficult. GRRRRRR!
