Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

I asked what are my options, clearly the service isn't right. I'd rather we come to a sensible conclusion and I'll go wired with someone else.

All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.
