If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

All the data, calls and text whilst I was away all went on my normal contract so I was able to keep in contact with home, book tickets and hotels etc without any charge to my normal account. I’ve been with them a while now. Great service.

Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

Tell my why my contracts £8 a month for my grandma's phone and they've charged me £90+ for 2 months and when I try to cancel they try to charge me a cancellation fee😡🤬
