    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUK do your staff ever do what they say they are going to do? Over charged, advisor said they would rectify but the higher amount has still come out of my account. Baring in mind I asked the advisor numerous times if this issue was resolved 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport The sshot shows 17 min, by this point the op was still putting me on hold! 4th time!! He then transferred me to customer services who did it! Why on earth would i also want to listen to sales ideas maybe suitable for friends either? #three #pressureselling

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been a customer for nearly 20 years paying a lot of money, I have hung on in the vein hope that your internet service will improve alas it hasn't! My contract comes up in November and I will be moving across to EE. Your Home Hub is rubbish!!

    @ThreeUKSupport There's no additional charges at all and it appears you're just making it up as you go along and as for calling 333 i'd rather stub my toe tbh,nevertheless it won't be long until i'm out now of what is the worst so called 'business' i've ever had the mis-fortune of dealing with.
