I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

@ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

@ThreeUK so I go to use my hot spot but does it work NO so I had no internet personal hotspot is crap with 3 I ended up cleaning my toilet & reading because 3 internet is crap done with this network customer service good but network crap so rubbish Tim’s for change

@ThreeUK Well I’m flabbergasted at the way you have dealt with my complaint. You end up telling me to go to the ombudsman to sort it!!! The recycle team won’t pay my traded money, you won’t pay it. So who will. What a way to treat a loyal customer
