    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    @ThatSillyGinge @ThreeUK Maybe one to speak to Ofcom about ... doesn’t seem fair of reasonable. I left @ThreeUK due to their incompetence a while ago but ended up with EE who are actually worse in most respects :( All as bad as each other.

    @ThreeUKSupport Chris, issue with non UK nationals phoning out the blue is your not sure if they are genuine. Sorry but its true and feel bad for those staff. Cheaper labour doesn’t always get results.

    @ThreeUK terrible customer service! After closing my account (due to the same problem) I received a letter informing me I was entitiled to a refund after my last bill- waited 15 mins on phone to be reimbursed only to be told it was a mistake, no comprehensible explanation made

    @ThreeUK your 4G service in Canterbury was pretty poor today. Several times I missed messages from my wife. Come to think of it, your service in Canterbury has been pretty poor for a while. Which is a disgrace for a University City.
