    I recently switched from a personal to business account and just found out that there us no online support platform. I wouldn't have gone with three business if I had known this. @ThreeUKSupport #disappointed #poorservice

    @ThreeUKSupport What I mean is that I was used to monitoring my usage using my3 and viewing my account online and these services are not available with a Three business account. I was expressing my great disappointment with this service gap...its extremely inconvenient

    Why is it so difficult to login to my three account for broadband? I can login for my mobile phone account, but broadband nowhere..same company, why don’t they put both broadband & mobile contracts all under one roof? Ridiculous. #three @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @three_broadband

    @ThreeUKSupport I topped up £10 last Saturday with the 4gb add on. Havent even used 2gb of it, and I've been unable to go online for 2 days now unless I'm at home and using wifi. Extremely unhappy and wondered what the problem is?

    @ThreeUK having troubles using the codes for Cineworld through Three+. Dino if that's a you or them thing, but it's certainly frustrating. First 2 worked no problem, now a weekly issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve contacted numerous times and I’m more than happy to talk about my experience. I’ve been with three for two months and the complaint to OFCOM is specifically about your phone advisers the coercive tactics to keep customers, and misleading service needed reporting.
